Coutu Auto Services is a reliable and highly recommended mechanic for both cars and trucks. Customers bring their vehicles here for service, oil changes, and repairs after dissatisfaction with dealerships. The shop is known for phenomenal service, with problems diagnosed and fixed quickly, often the same day. The team is very knowledgeable, honest, and polite, providing straight-forward communication about needed work. They are consistently praised for going above and beyond, offering help like rides home when needed and shuttling customers to manage their day. They make time for urgent safety situations and accommodate customers even when busy. Work is quality and reliable, with reasonable and fair prices. The main challenge is that high demand can mean booking appointments in advance, but this is understood as a sign of their excellent service. Customers are very satisfied and would definitely recommend this shop.

The folks at Coutu Auto are absolutely incredible. They are always so helpful and fairly priced, and it doesn't hurt to have two adorable, extremely chill dogs in the office! I wouldn't trust my car with anyone but Richele and Mickey. The best!

Full service auto repair service at reasonable prices and great customer service by Richele at the front desk. It's a great family-owned business that really takes care of their customers. Pricing is up-front, so no surprises, and they'll tell you honestly what needs to be done and what can potentially wait.
