“July 9th, 2025, I walked into this branch and was welcomed with a warm smile by one of the female tellers. I asked to see a Notarizer and she had said it would be a few minutes. I was then greeted by Ms. Nicole Winsor and we went into her office, and since I never had a document notarized before she explained what she needed in detail. Ms. Winsor's personality is very warm, bubbly and personable. She took care of all the documents I had and I was very grateful. On top of that, she remembered me and she remembered that I have a brother when she worked at a previous location over 10 years ago!

“Not a member of Ocean State Credit Union but a frequent visitor to their on-site ATM. As a member of the RI Credit Union Connection, I am able to utilize this location fee-free with my ATM card from an alternate RI-based credit union. Great deal! The drive-up banking and ATM is up the hill a bit from the actual Ocean State Credit Union office; this makes driving in the entrance and exit to this area a breeze! Perhaps avoid a visit on icy days as there is a decent degree of incline to access everything. Within the last year or so the, drive-up ATM here was upgraded to a newer model. Screen is easy to read and I can easily pull up and reach all the buttons in my lower-to-the-ground vehicle. The machine is under cover so you can remain relatively dry on rainy days. Seemingly popular location depending on the time of day but the line usually progresses quickly. I recommend this ATM location if you are in need!”

In the impersonal world of banking, it is so wonderful to be greeted with a smile. I went into the bank today because I had a problem with online banking that was not resolved by calls to the main office. Tami Jackvony assured me that she would get it resolved - and she did! She listened so well, made several phone calls and made sure, before I left, that the problem was solved.”

Also at the end of the year they share some of the profits with their customers. It might not seem like much but is such a real nice gesture. I recommend that if everyone switched to Navigant they will be happy they did.”
