Pharmacy assistant didn't want to help me before their lunch.. apparently it's at 1:30 but I was there at quarter past and she wouldn't fulfill my prescription and maybe come back at 2:00,,, very disappointed ☹️

Nothing I see needs improvement.I usually get my scripts at the CVS on Tiogue Ave because of the 24/7 hours. However, when I go to this store (2250 New London Turnpike in EG) they are always kind and helpful. I am in a wheelchair and they will go out of their way to help and take my bags out to the car. None of the other CVS stores have ever done that. This isn't the first time they have helped me.

What ever happened to cashiers? Since I must have missed my training shift? Grab your stuff, cash yourself out, bag your stuff and get out. Sad

I received exceptional service from Ariel when stopping here on a trip from out of town. Ariel found me an out-of-stock product at a nearby CVS, and even have me directions. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about local landmarks when I asked. This is why I shop at CVS, and why I reccomend CVS to all of my friends. Thanks again Ariel for all you do!

I've been going to this CVS on New London Turnpike in East Greenwich for the past couple of years because I always receive great customer service, the manager Josh is always nice to me giving me a warm greeting, asking if I need help especially Lisa the blonde shop assistant, she is always nice to me, she's a friendly person to have a conversation with. I totally recommend this CVS I will keep going there to do my shopping

I used to like this CVS until I stopped in a few days ago and was treated horribly by the old lady with the shoulder length "blonde?" Hair. I had a few items, checking out where I was instantly being hated on and talked to with a really bad attitude. I'm super friendly to everyone and treat people with respect always. I was using my reward coupons and she had every excuse under the sun why they wouldn't work, all because it was under my moms card # (which my mom GAVE me the coupons to use) Never asked the phone number to look it up, talked to me like I'm a kid..I'm 31, um so. I couldn't stand her terrible attitude so I asked for my coupons back and told her to keep my items and I walked on her miserable a**** Funny though. Because when I went to the CVS on tiogue, magically they worked! LOL I knew she was just bitter. So with that being said I will never go back in there and she needs to check herself.

Great clean store. Very friendly and helpful staff. This CVS is better than the one on tiogue ave in my opinion. The pharmacy is less busy so it is quicker also. Parking lot can be tough on occasion.
