It saddens me to write this about the new set up of CVS on Main street EG. It is extremely difficult to find items now and the selection/variety is much more limited than before. Trying to find specific make-up is incredibly challenging. The print is smaller than it was and the organization is different. The manager team is great as are the pharmacists and the general staff. They are busy and at times, assistance is not available. Overall, It is no longer an enjoyable experience and I know, based on many, many of my friends, that I am not the only one who feels this way. Let's not even mention the inflated prices. Sad for all of us who truly enjoyed shopping there for many years in the past.

I had tested positive for Covid with a home tester. After suffering for several days my doctor called me in a prescription. I went to the pharmacy to pickup my meds, soup, crackers, juice and to see what meds would help with my horrible sore throat. I took my hand sanitizer in my pocket and made sure to mask up before going in. I stayed away from people the best I could and made sure to sanitize my hands before touching anything. I go to the pharmacy and I explain to the woman at the register that I am Covid positive and before I could even finish my sentence she immediately says "you should have gone through the drive thru! We could have done all of this through the drive thru!" She was extremely rude! I explained to her that I took all the necessary precautions before coming in and while in the store. And that I wasn't even required to wear a mask. They no longer required it in the store! I asked her do you know how many people come in here sick and don't have a mask on? I'm a travel nurse, 2000 miles away from home and family, and I have no one to run to the store for me. All I wanted her to do was ask the pharmacist if there was anything else he would recommend for my throat. I wore a mask and took all the necessary precautions to minimize exposure to anyone around me. I even asked her to wipe down the credit card machine on my way out. As horrible as I felt physically, she managed to make me feel emotionally. I've travelled all over taking care of Covid patients through the worst of it. Managed to go over 3 years and not get Covid. As a nurse, I cannot imagine EVER treating one of my patients the way this clerk in the pharmacy treated me! Do better CVS!

Incredibly slow and now limited hours on the weekends. I plan to have my prescriptions filled elsewhere because they just always have lines and long waits both in the store and at the drive thru.

Recently received my covid "booster" shot and although I didn't have any side effects from the initial Covid shots (Pfizer) I can't say the same for the booster. After receiving the shot I got a slight headache, felt itchy and tired. Anyhow after about an hour I noticed my left eye swell up, ended with a stye in my eye and that headache lasted several days. It's now been three days and I still feel a little off. Just a heads up for anyone getting a booster shot.

I got my vaccine here a few weeks ago and they had called me to tell me that I left my drivers permit and they said they were holding on to it until I came and got it and today I called them because I finally have the chance to go get my permit and when I called them today they of course do not have it!!!! And my drivers test is in less than a week so anyways they lost my permit!!!! And I'm so furious about it because I won't be able to get a new one in time for my drivers test so CVS FUCK YOU

I used the drive up to pick up my prescription . When I got home I noticed they gave me the wrong prescription and my debit card was charged $317.00. Despite my doctor's office explaining to the pharmacy manager that they gave me the wrong prescription, CVS declined to give me a refund or returned the prescription. I am so disappointed with CVS, I am out $317.00 for a prescription that I cannot use. Unlike CVS, I am going to do the right thing and properly dispose of it at the police station.

The blonde overweight woman with glasses at the drive through is terrible and you can tell she hates her job. Terrible demenor and terrible at giving instructions. she helps with the drive through covid testing and she definitely should not. She should be fired.

One word...calia or whatever her name is, short red hair girl seems to hate her job with a passion. Every time I go in she has a sour puss look on her face and she does not go out of her way for anyone. You ask her to check you out at register she Huffs and puffs and rolls her eyes. Not a good look for the company I dread going in there to the point I need to know when she's NOT working so I can go in peacefully without feeling like I'm bothering anyone. She def needs to be out of the public eye at least and stay in the back.
