I just left Life Storage in East Greenwich RI, and Kristen Bottaro is the absolute best, and being in the service industry myself, I take good customer service very seriously. The whole rentalprocess was quite painless, the facility and grounds very well kept, and there was zero left to question. 10/10 from me!!!

Kristen and Jay are extremely helpful. The facility is clean and well-maintained. The storage units are also clean with easy access. It was also the most reasonably priced for what we were looking for.

Kristen Bottaro, the customer service agent, made our experience a pleasure. She was knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful. She did not give us a hard sales pitch for other of their products. Instead, she was informative and explained what was available. She is a true asset for Life Storage.
