“Go see Eddie at Accessory City in front of Old Navy in Warwick Mall. I brought a device to The Fix (stay away from them) in the mall and they destroyed the phone for what they said was a simple back panel fix.Eddie was able to take care of everything and get the phone into a working condition. He was thorough, easy to communicate with and upfront. Wouldn't hesitate to go back here when needing phone repairs.”

“In store management is cool and helpful, so i can't ding them for the company they work for, But At&t itself is lacking greatly due to the company size and corporate environment my opinion At&t has definitely lost touch with The customer service experience. With my recent experience It has gone down the toilet . Make your own judgment.....”
