Top Notch! Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I am newer to the cigar world and have visited this shop on 4 different occasions. Three of those times I was met by a different staff member. All were a pleasure to deal with! Superb selection of high end smokes. Their humidor keeps the cigars at a perfect level of humidity and they have something available for any level of cigar smoker. I cant wait to try out their recommendations over time, but i know for a fact ill be back soon for a Davidoff Signature no. 2!

Exceptional first class service! Best in the business by far! Whenever I travel for work or pleasure I can always count on Michael at RCE to ship my favourite Davidoff cigars to wherever I'm staying from DC to Vegas. He even throws in a couple of Boveda packs to keep everything right. I wouldn't buy my cigars from anywhere else!!

Stopped in looking for a few specific things. Prices were crazy high compared to other places and the selection was slim. They had maybe 15-20 different brands, but a lot of different sticks for those brands.

Mike and the team create an extremely welcoming and fun environment to sit and enjoy any one of their premium cigars. The humidor is one of the best that I’ve been to the cigars are taken care of extremely well. Been there by myself and with friends and it’s always a relaxing time. I would highly recommend checking out the cigar bar. Not a drinker myself, but they have a well stocked bar as well with top shelf liquor.

Customer service is top notch. If there are any issues with an order, they call immediately. Shipping is usually same day order is placed. Prices are fair and they almost always have some special of some kind going on which is nice. Will continue to be a customer!!! Thanks
