Fantastic customer service. Ann W. is so kind and helpful. I walked in without an appointment recently and she greeted me with a warm smile and asked how she could help. She listened and helped! Highly recommend.

I went with my son on Saturday morning at 10 am to open a student checking account. I was told the person we had to see was on the phone and she would be with us shortly. So we waited. In the mean time a woman walked right in and headed to the offices and they took care of her. Then another person comes in and they say they have an appointment at 10:30. So now we are told it will be at least another 20-30 minutes before we are seen. So I’ve already wasted a half hour and was bypassed by someone already and now I’m expected to wait another 1/2 hour. Every time I go to this branch there is an issue. I know my meager funds at the bank doesn’t matter in the slightest to them and they certainly proved that to me on Saturday. Disappointing experience.

What a lousy bank as always, to put money in the bank account they give an old man a big hassle. I work with 4 different banks and this one in East Greenwich in particular has lousy management.

I sent my son with a deposit to Santander bank in East Greenwich RI. The deposit was a personal check from a friend and 316.00 cash. I have had this same account for 48 years as I was a former employee of Hospital Trust National Bank which is now Santander.
The branch Manager told my son to step aside as he was not an account holder of Santander Bank however, I am.My son called me and I spoke to Chris Branch Manager in East Greenwich who told me they cannot accept cash deposits from non account holders. He also said it was because of money laundering. REALLY! I had 25,000.00 in that checking account I asked Chris how to close my account and he just said write a check. I did write a check and opened an account with another local bank. This is how Santander treats its account holders. I will be spreading the word. Good riddance Santander Bank.

shortens hours, doesn't indicate it online. I get that it's a global crisis but come on. It takes two seconds to indicate this online. Now I need to leave work early again. ?Who knows if I'll ever be able to deposit this check.
