Went in for color and layers with Azriel and was super happy with how soft and full my hair turned out after! Also got a complimentary glass of wine with my service and they offered to order me food while I waited! My new favorite place as it is right in my neighborhood, salon staff was very helpful and efficient and know how to give you exactly what you want. Will definitely refer my friends!!!Service: Haircut

Extremely pleased with my results, in fact, so much so, I want to return to the same hairdresser. I bought a Groupon for this visit, to save money on what I was sure would be quality results, from the location and reputation, and I wasn't wrong! Better to spend a little more, with no regrets, and feel fabulous, than short change yourself, and still be unhappy! Not cool with how long you have to wait to see if they approve your request on Vagaro. Each day that passes i could book with someone and make sure i can get that service done when i need it. Was going to call them and check but i see they don’t have good reviews. Every little thing in a business counts, even how long you make your potential clientele wait to get an appointment.

Jessica did my pedicure , she was friendly, attentive, professional and did a great job with my nails and they were in bad shape before my appointment so I appreciate her, the salon is big and beautiful and has many different services so its very conveinient if you want a full spa experience(massage, facial, wax, hair, nails,eyelash), I will definitely be coming back, highly recommended!!Service: Pedicure

I would never go to this business because on the Groupon they said 20% gratuity is required. If you don't want to leave a tip you don't have to if you want to leave a smaller tube you don't have to if I do a bad job you don't have to just that alone should be off I was going to book a Groupon but I never will

I came yesterday and was very unhappy ☹️ at the Time of leaving . First of all , I was told 300$ for the hair treatment I have chosen. The problem with this place is , they don’t have services manu and prices written in the brochure . They come up with thier own price based on customers hairs and length. Since I wanted to get this done so badly , I said yes on phone and booked my appointment . Before even starting the treatment , they came up with another price and increased it by 40$ more because I had choosen organic products. Now it’s 340$. When I was done and paying the bill , it went up to 390$ from 340$ and honestly not sure why? I feel like there is lot of dishonesty here . Now about product , I had choosen organic product and based on my experiences in the past , many salon people they use products straight from professional branded bottles . I noticed that my stylist brought Karatine product in a bowl ?. So really not sure from which bottle they have brought this from ? Was it really organic ? How do we know ? there should be a transparency i feel like and lot of honesty required if some sort of products are getting added to our hairs and it changes the textures.Plus thier nail stylist was very new , wasn’t explaining much . I had to ask so many questions and honestly there wasn’t any perfection on getting my French nails. White flower was not done right , design wasn’t Perfect. I ended up getting it removed. Also I clearly mentioned that keep the white lines very thin on my right hand fingers to match it with left side , but not sure if msg wasn’t clear enough to her . They were thicker on right hand and thinner on left hand . That’s how my nails look now unfortunately.And above all , I was kinda told that I had to give minimum 15 to 20 % tip on total price , which I dint want to …I personally think this place is very pricy and not transparent in many ways .Service: Hairstyling

As a man this salon really knows how to personalize your experience. The massages are incredible. They use high quality products and I also get my hair cut and beard trims. As someone who works 60-70 hours a week I prefer to come here to unwind rather than a barber shop that doesnt offer the services for massage etc. All in one. Its worth it and I look forward to my monthly massages they certainly keep my body energized for work. Im a laborer so its important to have a self care day.Services: Haircut

My #1 Salon & Spa. Massage and Facial were AMAZING I love how clean the entire salon and spa is. Your experience and satisfaction is their TOP priority and you can certainly tell!!! I have been going to this salon for a little over two years and i will NEVER go anywhere else. The owner Grace is so talented and accomodating there is nothing she wont do to ensure your happiness!!! My tape is extensions are treated with such care, they remove and retape them so seemlessly and really ensure they are keeping the good quality and integrity of your hair. terrible service- scheduling is disorganized- management doesn't acknowledge you or look at you. I was so excited for my appointment but after making me wait an hour after my scheduled appt to get started, being left in the chair for another 25 minutes after my hair cut started so they can go wash another client I was late to the massage and ended up with a 5 minute hair cut. Gave them a second chance because things happen and it was just as bad. scheduled an appt and confirmed it only to be notified 2 days before that they would be closed that day and to reschedule. Recieved an attitude when I presented a gift card and made me feel like I wasn't worth their time. Management is so used to these issues that they won't even look you in the eye to apologize when they know they are in the wrong. Not worth it- can't believe they advertise as being the salon of nbc 10- they probably pay them to be able to say that. not impressed and will never recommend.

My manicure (french tip/gel) and pedicure appointment began before 10:45am and didn't finish until after 3:30pm. This was for my casual wedding ceremony scheduled for later the same day at 6pm. I made this clear to the majority of the staff that worked on me (I still had to finish getting ready). It semed they hadn't scheduled properly so I ended up just waiting over an hour for my manicure to be completed. The technician was working on another client. I was basically left sitting there and someone kept coming over to say that they were almost done and that she'd be over soon... but I was LITERALLY waiting over an hour.If I'd known it was going to take that long, I would've just cancelled, left and gone somewhere else.My toe nail polish smudged the same afternoon- when I got a chance to really look at it later, it seemed that too many layers were applied.The technician seemed nice but were obviously overdoing it because they knew I had to wait so long and was getting stressed. I ended up having to push my ceremony to a later time.I wish I hadn't had such a bad experience because I liked the look of the spa... but anyone I've shared this with agrees it was unacceptable.

We went here for my sister's wedding. The hair all came out great, but I cannot say the same for the makeup. They only have ONE person who can do make up, and honestly thank god for him! The owner (Grace) claims and boasts that she does pageant make up but unfortunately, it looked anything but. The other person who they had doing make up flat out said she only did make up for the kids parties they host on Sunday's, and that was about the quality we were receiving for a WEDDING.Now although we complained several times, Grace insisted that everyone left happy- when in fact we had to stop arguing because she was unwilling to accept that we were in fact unhappy. Apparently because she thinks it looks good, that's all she is willing to do/ provide. One of the bridesmaids was in literal tears, and had to be fixed by one of the hair dressers (also- thank god for him). One girl left and went to Sephora to have her face re-done. Grace (the owner) said to have her come back to have it fixed, not like we had to be down the aisle 45 minutes later or anything. She also said that, this individual who they fly out was really only supposed to be fore the bride- then don't allow him to work on anyone else, and don't tell everyone that they will be able to sit in his chair.The final kicker- when the bride went to pay the final balance, they were only willing to take $100 total off. They made almost $2,000 off of this group, and wouldn't give more than a $35 discount per person on their poor make up services that 3/8 of the girls received. (the third girl was able to have her foundation, eyebrows, and lashes done only- so only 1/2 of a full job because he had another appointment 40 minutes away).Grace was so rude when it came down to the final payment. Ma'am, if you are going to continue to offer those services, please hire more professionally trained makeup artists because your work is not wedding quality and outdated. We understand the services were provided, but they were awful quality. Please also do not use the excuse that you need to pay your staff- it should not be on the $2,000 you make from one client group that you are relying on to pay them. Now, that's not my business but you make it ours when you air your dirty laundry as a poor excuse to take our money that you don't deserve.

Horrible service. I had booked an appointment online and was assigned Kate Truman. She had long pointy nails and while shampooing she was pressing on so hard, it was painful, I was wincing. I went for shampoo and flat ironing but she didn’t put any effort on my hair, we were done pretty fast, she put a bunch of hair spray and made my hair so rough..after I left in about 20 mins my hair was like as if I never went to a salon, let alone gotten flat ironing. Horrible service. Not coming back, please be respectful of other clients who do come your way.
