“BRING YOUR CARS TO THESE GUYS!!!!! They truly care for their customers and do everything they possibly can to get you back on the road. I recently got a full set about a week ago and one of my tires ended up getting damaged and wasn’t allowed to be under warranty because of road damage. Don the manager took his time to try and see if we could save the tire and when we couldn’t he made sure that I didn’t leave without getting my car back on the road. They hooked me up with a new tire and made sure that I was safe and ready to go back on the road. If you choose any tire place to get your wheels please choose them they are top tier and amazing with their customers!!!!!!!”

“Needed to leave for work in the evening around 8:30PM and I had a completely flat tire. Called AAA and Fix Flats RI to confirm they’d be able to help me out because a lot of places say they’re 24 hours but actually aren’t. The guy who picked up the phone and ultimately helped me was super friendly and quick, met me at the shop where my car was dropped off and fixed the flat immediately. No issues. Was exactly the price he said on the phone— albeit a bit more expensive (which he said it would be) than it normally would be because it was late at night at in the moment.”

“Malabar Rd. Air machine filled all 4 tires taking two $2.50 hits, boy were car tires low at 15 PSI! It was a comfort to know all tires are now at 35 PSI. Learned to take all caps off tires before starting machine. Had to have my own hand-held PSI measuring device with me as I couldn't read machine on further side of car.

“I have taken my car here since I bought it; tires, battery, sway bars, light engine work - everything! I got the Firestone Credit Card to help in the savings and I can not tell you how beneficial it has been. Besides the savings, you also get free checkups, and tire rotations!
The card, and the savings are what got me in the door, but honestly, I keep coming back because I appreciate the honesty and customer service. I work on a budget, so when repairs are needed, they always work with me to decide what is necessary, and what can wait. They go above and beyond trying to find coupons they can apply to reduce cost - especially with tires. The work is always great, and it is almost always completed day of the appointment ( I usually bring it in before 10am).

“I’ve been using quick lane for all of my tire needs for at least the past five years. Having a Tesla requires little Maintenance but due to the poor road conditions, tire repair or replacement is fairly frequent.
My service today was due to a large piece of metal embedded in the tire, causing it to go flat. I decided I needed to replace all tires. I was aware ordering a full set. Can take one day. In under 24 hours all tires were replaced aligned As promised. I was also informed of a manufacturers rebate which was applied to the price.
I found the communication to be excellent throughout the process, and my options were thoroughly explained. I will continue to use this shop as they are reliable and dependable, especially when the Service is of an urgent nature.”
