“Town Fair Tire is a wonderful place for all of your tire needs. They have very knowledgeable, skilled professionals and their prices are fair and reasonable. Some of the lugs nuts had come loose on my Mercedes Sprinter and it caused a problem for my rims and studs. Service Advisor Hannah listened to me carefully and then got Service Manager Freedy and the 3 of us went to look at my problem. Hannah and Freedy quickly came up with a solution that was both timely and at a very reasonable cost. I was back on the road in no time due to their efforts. Their service manager went above and beyond to make sure things were done correctly and in a timely manner. They are my tire store in New England. Freedy the Service Manager and Hannah the Service Advisor were both exceptional. Thanks Town Fair Tire for getting me back on the road.”
“Had a nail in my tire. Car was just a year old so I was able to replace just one tire. Jacob was my rep and he was very helpful. They had to order my tire. It was available the next day. “Great experience. Steve greeted us and was very knowledgeable about the situation. He was polite, respectful and professional. He talked us through everything and then texted me a video of the car and what the problem was, so I could see it so it's not a mechanic shop who's going to try to sell you things that aren't real. After they found out the issues they sent an another text that had detailed information in it where I was able to approve and/or deny the different work they we're saying it needed. So they didn't just do unnecessary work and bill you for it. The work was done very satisfactory. The price was a tad higher than I have experienced in the past but he promised that was because he used a great parts that were guaranteed to last for years and if it didn't I could come back and he would make it right. If this changes I can change my review accordingly in the future but all in all there are five star establishment! Just like in the movie Tommy Boy it's important to get good guarantee. I trusted Steve and that was enough for me. If you're in the area or need a good mechanic bring it by J&S and tell him I sent you. Steve keep doing good work. Took my '69 Corvette to Melvin’s Tire, and they did an incredible job. They were extremely meticulous when mounting the tires to make sure the wheels were not damaged in the slightest. The turnaround was fast, they installed the white lettering facing out exactly as requested, and even took the extra time to wash off the factory blue protective dye.
At one point, four guys teamed up to knock the job out of the park. Hands down the best experience I have ever had at a tire shop. Incredibly impressive teamwork and customer service. If you value your time and money, this is the shop to go to!”

“I am known as being fussy when it comes to my vehicles. Fred and his crew are truly the best garage I've used in my over 40 years of owning cars. The shop is immaculate and well organized and the staff is knowledgeable and looking for future issues without the pressure sales. If you consider your self to be a fussy person with an extremely high standard of service than this is the garage for you. When I was there they were working on my top flight Corvette ZR1 and an early perfect 90s Dodge viper and a very nice Aston Martin DB7. However there was an equal amount of daily drivers. So they’re clientele is very diverse.”

“Needed to leave for work in the evening around 8:30PM and I had a completely flat tire. Called AAA and Fix Flats RI to confirm they’d be able to help me out because a lot of places say they’re 24 hours but actually aren’t. The guy who picked up the phone and ultimately helped me was super friendly and quick, met me at the shop where my car was dropped off and fixed the flat immediately. No issues. Was exactly the price he said on the phone— albeit a bit more expensive (which he said it would be) than it normally would be because it was late at night at in the moment.”

“Malabar Rd. Air machine filled all 4 tires taking two $2.50 hits, boy were car tires low at 15 PSI! It was a comfort to know all tires are now at 35 PSI. Learned to take all caps off tires before starting machine. Had to have my own hand-held PSI measuring device with me as I couldn't read machine on further side of car.

“I got four tires there recently. I also had them do an oil change and an alignment. After being there a couple of hours they came and told me that the Alignment machine was not calibrating correctly and I had to come back another day. However, they made good on it by doing the alignment a couple of days later free of charge. Excellent customer service, And respect for their customer’s time.”

“Some months ago I had a car in for a state inspection and they replaced a leaking valve cover gasket. The new gasket developed a leak. Brought it back, they inspected it and found the gasket was defective. Replaced it again as a warranty repair. Excellent service and support!”
