“The team at Hertz East Providence is top notch when it comes to customer satisfaction. I have been renting cars from this location for a few years now and while they sometimes have a scarce inventory of cars they always do their best to meet my needs. Tyler has always gone the extra mile to make sure I’m happy and in the last year Mike A. has joined the EP team and brought that same high level of service. Just last week Mike took the extra time to make last minute adjustments to my rental to make sure I was happy. He’s very understanding of customer’s needs and does everything in his power to meet those needs.”

“I just got my Tacoma back from Safeway after some rear end damage. The repairs were done in just 2 days and I had it back before the weekend. All sensors calibrated and everything is straight as can be. They took care of everything from getting me a clean new rental to dealing with the insurance companies. I mean it couldn't have been any easier. I now know why they are so busy. Oh, they washed/cleaned my truck inside and out too. 100+ Stars.”
“I had two wonderful positive experiences coming to Balise Collision Repair. Not only did they do amazing job fixing the back of my car after being rear ended, but they also did an amazing job fixing the hood of my car as well. I would also like to mention, Teara was very quick in getting my car in to fix the hood and I got it back the next day. My car looks brand new. “The pickup and drop off of the rental car was very easy. The people couldn't have better. Unfortunately, we arrived late because of a flight delay and there were few cars to select from. The Mazda CX30 was too little and not very user friendly.”

My name is ************************* and anytime I have an issue with zipcar they immediately *************** have to remember this is a car sharing company meaning someone people are careless and often times dont report the issues with vehicles . Zipcar is great car sharing app . Only issue I have is that my payment method still wont update please please please fix it zipcar gladly appreciate it”

“I honestly can’t believe I haven’t written a review for this place yet! I’ve been using Enterprise in Pawtucket, RI for years, not only because it’s close to home and I get a discount through my job, but because the customer service has consistently been great.
Sure, like any busy location, there are times when there’s a bit of a wait, but the staff is always pleasant, professional and apologetic. You can tell they’re doing their best to handle a high volume with grace and a great attitude. Honestly, I sometimes feel bad for them and think they deserve more backup, but they still manage to keep things moving and make every customer feel seen and taken care of.
To be fair, not every visit involves a wait, a lot of times I’m in and out super quickly. I also appreciate how they remember and recognize repeat customers. It makes the experience feel more personal, and they really go the extra mile to make sure you’re satisfied before you drive off.
I was a little bummed to hear that Ryan, the branch manager, moved to another location, he was always great! But it’s been nice to see some familiar faces still around, like Andrea (who’s also so helpful), and I recently met Burrell (I think that’s his name) who seems like a good addition.
The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the vehicles, they can be hit or miss. I recommend to check with the staff during the walk through (take pics and videos if necessary) and don’t forget to check the back seats for any damage.”
