Long story short—after spending almost the entire day with Shawn :) I had a really complicated case that even Apple couldn’t resolve. He worked through it with patience and skill, and I can honestly say this is hands down the place to go if you want good, honest service. Thank you, Shawn!

Carries a room full of cell phone related stuff. I had a bunch of questions that the owner answered and reassured me about. Several others in there of various races and ages. In Rhode Island but just over the line from Massachusetts. Not huge but full of things- better than AT+T in Seekonk .

My first time here and Shawn showed me a selection of nice, clean protective cases and offered a phone cleaning on top of a discounted case. Would recommend for people looking for good services along with a clean and beautiful atmosphere with great background music.

Cellular Mobile Services in East Providence was quick and knowledgeable with their service. Ayman helped me with my Nord one plus phone issue quickly and accurately, he did a great job. Much better than the bigger stores.

Excellent on the spot job by David P. the pleasant & polite technician at this place. He replaced malfunctioning LCD on my iPad-9 in front of me at a very reasonable price within 30 minutes. I’d not hesitate to give Dave more work if any of my cellular devices act up. Thanks, Dave!

After being lied to by a Verizon rep working on commission who told me my phone was broken and needed to be replaced, I brought my iPhone to this place and Ayman quickly diagnosed the issue. He didn't try to sell me anything or upcharge me in any way. There was zero bullshit. His honesty was refreshing.
This is the place to go to fix your phone if you don't want to be scammed out of money at Verizon (or AT&T, T-Mobile, etc).

Great guys! Unfortunately my phone was too damaged to be fixed but they we kind, knowledgeable, and didn't charge me. Dont assume they are going to diagnose your phone for free. They're running a business but after opening mine up the damage was visually clear. I appreciated their fairness and professionalism. Highly recommend!
