States an ATM is there. ATM is not located at this location or at least not somewhere the public can access. Wasted gas to just waste time. Just a call center apparently.

I came into this bank to make some changes to my accounts. Tia was too busy to help me and didn't offer specific times when she could meet with me. So I took her card and tossed it in the parking lot. Going to try the branch where I live. I expect the staff will have a better attitude.

This place shouldn't even get 1 star. Customer service is awful. If they mess your phone number up good luck getting to pay online staff just tells you best of luck the phone number you provided is not verified. Horrible, horrible horrible place and experience. Save yourself a headache and never use the bank.

This company is horrible and when they fraud the customers on loan underwriting and lie .. when the customers have proof of their fraud .. they won't let u talk to the VP or anyone for that matter!!! Stay clear !!!

Being harassed from last 5 months. This bank has lost my draft(cheque). No action has been taken by them to provide me my money. But asking me again to obtain a new draft from issuing bank. The issuing bank have its conditions to give a new one. Citizens bank is not showing any interest to assist me with the big mistake that they’ve made. I am still struggling with citizens bank to put my money into my account. Huge mistake made by them by losing my big amount of draft.

Avoid doing business with this lender. I was trying to refi my rental with Citizens Bank because I was quoted a decent rate. However the loan process was insane! I provided all docs up front and every week they wanted some new. I was supposed to be clear to close with last conditions received by underwriting. Then they said they needed the rental comps from the appraiser that they sent 2 months ago and then added more conditions. This dragged on for almost 3 months and I finally called off the refi. What's a waste of time, energy, effort, and money. I will NEVER do any business with this lender again. If you are a consumer and reading this, trust me. Avoid the pain and go with another lender.

I applied for the paycheck protection program for my business and was rejected for $10,000 which they do not even have to back. Why would they want to write a loan for $10,000 when they can write alone for $10 million and receive 5% on each loan not only did they reject me they pulled my credit and then said their decision was based nothing on my credit report they pulled yet it’s showing up on my credit and lowered my score by 10 points thank you for not helping and making a bad situation even worse Why would they want to ride alone for $10,000 when they can write alone for $10 million and receive 5% on each line not only did they reject me they pulled my credit and then said their decision was based nothing on my credit report they pulled yet it’s showing up on my credit and lowered my score by 10 points thank you for not helping and making a bad situation even worse I highly advise you do not use this bank.

Unbelievable how disruptive everyone is in the claims department as well as the customer service agents who just hang up on you. I have never been treated this way from a bank and I have been a customer since 2004. It’s time for a change!

I haven't been inside a bank in a very long time. I rolled a bunch of change and carried it in the bank. The teller was very pleasant. Everything is done with your ATM card now. I looked around for a deposit slip and couldn't find one. Amazing how few people were in the bank.
