The drive through is hardly ever even open anymore

The store is dirty, cluttered and disorganized. The aisles are crowded with junk. Items are cheeper at the local supermarket. The self checkout machines were broken. The store is horribly understaffed. It's dark and dingy. I put my items back and walked out rather than wait in the long line. Walgreens is better.

1) open both lanes at the drive-thru; 2) do NOT let people sit at the window and wait for their prescription to be filled; 3) do NOT let people sit at the window while an employee does their shopping; and 4) be more efficient rather than taking over 4 minutes per customer at the window. This morning, I arrived at 8:54 a.m., and at 8:58 I called the store, as I had not seen a single person moving about through the window. By the time I got a live person on the phone, 1.5 minutes later, I was told \\\\\\\"we are just opening, someone will be with right with you.\\\\\\\" At 9:04 an employee finally came to the window to assist me. When you couple this with the fact that the line at 4:10 p.m. on 12/15 was the entire length of the building (at LEAST 7 cars, I didn't count, just kept on driving), your customer service leaves everything to be desired. As this has been an ongoing problem for several years now (and #1 above has been an issue since a month or so after this store opened), I am switching pharmacies.

Summer within the pharmacy department is absolutely rude as hell. She has an horrible attitude and I watched her give her condescending tone to everyone in line. Being rude to everyone & then covering it up with "well I'm just trying to help". Her customer service is trash & if you don't like your job, get a new one.

I have never received worse service anywhere. Lines are unacceptably long and employees don't care. if I didn't have to go there for my prescriptions I would never shop there. Terrible service.and I was practically laughed at when I complained.

The dumbest thing just happened at this CVS. The entire Pharmacy department takes a lunch break at 1:30pm to 2pm. Everybody???? They usually have at least 8 pharmacists and techs behind the counter, but they can't stagger their lunches so the customers aren't standing around twiddling their thumbs during their lunch. In today's environment, this kind of policy is total BS. Corporate needs to get involved here (you don't know how much that hurts me to say that), because this store's management team needs a wake-up call on how to deal with customers.Good thing there is a competitor across the street. Move your scripts there.

This CVS is the worst pharmacy in the area, and that's saying a lot. You call in a prescription days ahead of time and get a text or call saying it is ready, and when you go to pick up your meds, the people at the window display are not prepared and say come back later. The people can be short with customers and even yell at times. We've all suffered through the pandemic, and if you can't do your job, please find another one and be kind to people because you never know what they are going through. Cvs is nothing but an uncaring big chain money maker and nothing more.

This location sucks.. The idea of a drive thru is speed and I don't believe that word is in there vocabulary.. 32 minutes in line for an inhaler is unacceptable. ... Do better..

If I could give this pharmacy a -5 stars I would. For the last five times I have came to get my medicine there is an issue they keep switching it to the 90 day supply which my insurance does not cover so then I have to wait but this time I have been waiting 45 minutes and they are still not ready with my medicine. I've been coming to this pharmacy for 15 years and within the last two years has been disgusting 100% have to switch the only thing that is convenient about this pharmacy is if 2 o'clock in the morning you need to get medicine it's open which how rare is does that happen that you need medicine 2 o'clock in the morning. RARE so I 100% would go across the street to the Rite Aid. I've always chose cvs over any other competitors store you have inconvenienced me for the last time. Oh the lady said "well if it keeps happening why don't you just call ahead" hmm how about you keep it on a 30 day supply and I don't have to complain each time, because you say the same thing your all set we switched it for you, oh and I forgot to mention I have to give them my insurance card each time . Trying to get 250$of medicine each time. I don't know if they switched systems but it's not working

I went to this CVS to get my flu shot this year and I had a really positive experience. Yes, while getting a flu shot. I'm so serious. Stephanie, who administered my flu shot, did one of the best jobs I've ever had. She was so patient, polite and friendly. And the best part is that I barely even felt the flu shot when it was administered. I even brought back my fiance (who hates getting shots) and she said that she barely felt it as well. I highly recommend getting your flu shot from Stephanie!

This store is so jam packed with crap you can't even navigate a hand basket, nevermind a cart. Why are they doing this to people? Narrow aisles, end displays, center aisle displays. I can't believe it's not a fire hazard. Go across the street to Brooks. Nice wide asiles, less clutter.
