Low stocked in areas I've needed such as extra strength Tylenol NyQuil and make-up. Also a lot of items are locked and very difficult to find an associate for assistance.

I just wanted to come here and say that the new girl at the pharmacy window is a sweet, friendly girl. She’s always a pleasure to see, even though it’s only been 3 times so far. The others are nice too but this girl really made my day when I wasn’t having such a great one. Kindness goes a long way and I really hope she goes far in life because the world needs more people like her. My receipt says her name is Vitalina. I was there just about 7 o’clock pm. She engages in conversation and goes out of her way to be friendly.
Managers- if you are reading this! Just know you have an asset there. Everyone has always been kind to add but I felt this girl needs some praise.

There’s two people at the pharmacy that truly care! The rest are not good at the job!! Also try a call the pharmacy and talk to a person! Not going to happen the call system makes you leave a voicemail!! Boo!! This system stinks an I am stressed out about my wife’s meds thanks cvs!!

I just had an experience with the pharmacy! It was kinda their fault and mine I take half responsibility! From know on I am going to check completely my bags and take nothing for granted! I was not feeling well while talking to the pharmacist I fired CVS the bag the pills was not labeled! I think between CVS and Walgreens. Neither of them have no support!

I went there one morning after a workout. There was an overweight Latina looking female with a snatch back ponytail talking to a male customer. I passed by. It got quiet between the two of them and the focus was in me: the brown girl. I don't know if it was because I had on a mask or that they felt I wasn't dressed well enough, but it was noticeable passive aggressive behavior which is common among Latina women and white people who hyper focus on the black woman for critique and condemnation. She has been working there for a long time, apparently and still doesn't know how to remain professional.

This pharmacy is alright.. the staff is pretty nice. Wait times used to be horrible but lately it hasn't been all that bad.

I've consistently had issues getting this pharmacy to fulfill my prescriptions. The scripts are written by my doctor, covered by insurance, carried by CVS, but the employees refuse to fill the medication. This has happened to multiple members of my family on numerous occasions over the past year.
I strongly advise going to any other available pharmacy as an alternative

This location is comparable to going to the old DMV if you need something at the pharmacy. Not the employees faults, store never has more than one person staffed. Lines often more than 15 people deep, half way through the store. I heard the CEO got a 15 million dollar bonus, maybe he/she should come help run a register. Time to find a new pharmacy, I may have to drive out of town but it will still be faster.

•Ilost my heart medication and I drove to the CVS in East Providence in a torrential hurricane with just minutes to spare before their precious lunch break. I pulled into the drive up at 1:27. There was one car ahead of me. I made it up to the window at 1:29 and they shut the window in my face. I knocked on the window and they told me they couldn't help me. I need my heart medication. I am having headaches and heart palpitations but they don't care. The staff at CVS pharmacy in East Providence Rhode Island are evil, heartless people. I will never go to the CVS in East Providence again. Maybe I'II drop CVS as my pharmacy all together.
