I was a past customer of the pharmacy. Left because most of the work is there had an attitude was gone for a couple years. The pharmacy I’m with now is closing, so I went to go back and provide some information but behold the person had an attitude. So I definitely will not be going back again. The only bright spot on the way out. I went to purchase some batteries and I was helped by a customer service person. I believe her name was Jade. Super helpful extremely pleasant . The pharmacy personnel could definitely Learn from her some customer service skills.

The store on Taunton Ave in East Providence is always extremely clean and always well stocked - a young man name Leo is always so helpful and stocking shelves- I think he may be a manga
- quite an asset. - I believe we have 4 stores in East Providence and this was is the best as far as I’m concerned

I have recently become aware about the CVS policy to steer customers away from the checkout counter towards the self checkout areas. Why?
They prefer to have the employees stocking shelves and on the floor as they don't care about the customers.
Is this what customer service has become in society today? Maybe it's me but human connection is essential for maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I was under the impression that CVS cares. I guess not.

I came to this store and i was helped by a very nice young lady, Jen. She helped me with advice about some over the counter medication i had questions about and explained a lot to me very nice and sweet.

Such a rude and inconsiderate young lady working tonight, 11/16. My daughter and I needed something out of the locked case. I pressed the button for an attendant and after waiting 10 minutes I decided to grab a couple of other things from the store because I know things can get busy. There was no one else in the store. When I went to the front and asked the attendant could she get something out the case for me, she said in the rudest tone to wait there and she’ll be there when she’s ready. I ended up leaving the things I had in my hand in the store and left

Stay away from this CVS and East Providence. Trying to find someone there to help you. It's like trying to find water in the Sahara Desert. I waited 20 minutes to find someone to help me.. This is the worst CVS I have ever been to.

I went in for the shingles vaccine and the flu shot . the 2 worst shots I have ever gotten in my life. Retraining is definitely needed. Oh my God, IWanted to screwanted to scream.

This store is very dirty. Take a look at the entrance whenever you go there. The rugs look like they haven't been vacuumed in months.

Horrible place! Showed up at 1:30 PM only to find the pharmacy completely boarded up and told they are closed for the hour for lunch. Meanwhile, watching the one clerk flirt with a UPS driver. Doesn’t appear that anyone inside is taking lunch. Customer behind me tells me they change their lunch hour on the daily. Unacceptable
