Love this location coffee is made great only when its diana is working to my experience she super friendly her customer service is great! Everytime my order is wrong i can alwaya count on diana to fix the problem for me and its perfect

They gave me a burnt, inedible, blackened sandwich. Conveniently, the phone is off the hook. No food service person should try to feed this to anyone. What a waste of time and money.

Granted it is Christmas eve, but young man, at the sandwich station making food around 12:00 noon stated “that’s not my job” when his coworker was overwhelmed and needed help. Such a sad thing to see on Christmas eve but that’s what i get for going to a dunkin’ donuts anyway. We should all be home with our families.

The worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever stepped foot in. The employees were very loud and rude, using excessive swear words. Our food was made in spurts over 16 minutes. I had to go to the counter 3 times to get our order completed. My hash browns were cold, my ham stuffed croissant was under heated.After all the that, it was the most disgusting food I've ever eaten. We threw it away and left. I was throwing up for the next 200 miles on our travels. I don't recommend eating here!This establishment should be investigated by the health department. I can assure you, they good retention is beyond the shelf life.

The bacon egg and cheese on English muffin was barely edible. The whole thing tasted like rotten veggies! The consistency of the egg was just "off", and it took absolutely For-ever for me to get my Brown Sugar Cookie Flavored OatMilk Chai Tea Latte' although, no complaints there. Delicious.

I try not to go to this Dunkin donuts because it seems like they just don't care about what the customer orders every time I order something from there it's not what I asked for it's really not that hard to make a coffee and some of the employees need to change their attitude because of you're not happy with your job then leave and find something else that better suites you and rushing to get customers out of the drive thru to meet a certain goal is not the answer because you will have a lot of unsatisfied customers

Every time I come to this location, there is ALWAYS something wrong with my order. This morning at the drive thru I started my order with the food items before I started my coffee order. Whoever was on the speaker was VERY rude and was rushing me. I then said “can I please have a medium caramel craze signature latte with oat milk” then my second order was a medium pumpkin spiced coffee regular, again we were rushed at the speaker. Our total came to $17 & change. I had a coupon on the app for a FREE signature latte with the points I earned. I scanned and then noticed MY latte didn’t have the whip cream so I questioned if that one was the signature, sure enough the sticker said “coffee” I then calmly said mine was supposed to be the caramel craze signature latte. They literally took it away for a few seconds and came back super fast. I damn well know they did NOT add the espresso and all they did was add the whip cream. Sure enough I went to taste it and it was just straight up OATMILK & SYRUP! I was so livid. Not only did my coupon NOT be used! I also paid $5 for MILK! Just straight up MILK! The worst part about it, I’ve worked for Dunkin on and off for 15 years and had my DUNKIN VISOR hanging on my rear view mirror. You would “assume” to not f’k up my coffee, but instead they treated me like someone who was dumb and wouldn’t notice the difference. I will never be coming back to this location ever again. This is the 2nd worst location I’ve ever been to over the years. Nothing but rudeness and messed up orders every time I attempt a different shift hoping their are better people.

I came today and whoever was making sandwiches (manager I guess) was ver rude. I get that it can be stressful getting orders out when it’s ver busy but your customers keep you employed. Most customers were patiently waiting and when she’d come with the food she’d just throw them on the counter. That’s horrible. Besides that it seemed like every other worker was being pressured by her.

I’ve come here a handful of times over the past 2 years when I run out of coffee at home fully expecting something in my order to be wrong every time, which hilariously is besides the point.Once again I received a wrong item at the drive thru today. Instead of waiting in a long drive thru line (again) I went inside to the register (order area) and explained that I received a chocolate donut when I had ordered hash browns. After some inexplicable confusion (how hard is it to shove 5 hash browns into a bag?) I hear a disembodied voice say “they’re over here” and after a brief moment of silence I ask “ok can you give them to me?” To which someone replies “did you pay for them already?” And I said “… yes at the drive thru” to which they reply “ok so you don’t need to pay for them again, they’re right here” to which I had to ask to please hand them to me so that I don’t have to walk over there to get something I shouldn’t even be in here for.Question………… why in the world would you tell a customer to walk even further to get an order that you messed up? It would’ve taken you less energy to walk them over to me and send me on my way rather than tell me twice to walk over to the pick up area, and give me your pissy attitude. It’s called BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE which I guess is asking way too much here.The people that work here are the kind of stupid that get mad when you ask them to correct something they did wrong.Thanks for the laugh this morning though. Stay in school.

Drive-through was ridiculous. Asked for 3 coffee's 2 small 1 large. Register person kept repeating something completely different. I ended up getting my large coffee when I corrected him. But still we got all the coffee loaded with sugar. Threw them all out and went to another

Ugh. So slow. Great location. Lots of business but slow slow slow and often get the order wrong. The problem seems to be due to the large turnover of employees and managers? No one ever learns to do the job well. If your competent employees are leaving for better jobs, entice them to stay.~80% accuracy might sound good but it's actually pretty bad and it gets old really quick. Check your order thoroughly before driving away.
