Lydia was so helpful. I had a package that I needed fedex to pick up and deliver to me (in Florida). She was very friendly, helped me print the label and stayed with me on the phone to verify she got the label via email. Very friendly. If only doing business with other companies would be so stress free. Thanks again!!

Very friendly and super helpful. I wish the USPS and all shipping companies would take a lesson from this lovely lady. Great customer service. The USPS would have told me to buy a piece of tape! Would highly recommend using their services here at EP Mail.

After using EP Mail & Freight to ship all my packages for the last 2+ years, it’s time I write the 5 star review this place deserves. Lydia is so kind and helpful and by now feels like a family friend. Her store is so convenient because you can ship packages for USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx etc. Thank you Lydia!

This place is the only place I ship out of in East Providence. Lydia, who is the owner, is the most caring, helpful person. She always helps me find the right box size for my shipments and helps me pack them too! I recommend this place for anyone who needs to ship something or needs a mailbox!

Consistently the easiest and most stress-free shipping option in the state! Kind, patient and the sort of costumer service that's hard to find in 2020. We've been coming here for years since the days our business was based on Waterman Ave and continue to come here for all our shipping and packing needs even though we're now based in Pawtucket. As I said to Lidia the other day, I trust her more than I trust myself! Can't recommend enough!!
