One star for the place here on Newport in East Providence RI .All the workers hanging around and not one person came over to ask us if we need anything. The place has no air conditioning and it smells like a zoo . I will not be coming back here .

Never going back to this location again, my boyfriend bought 3 pairs of shorts the other 2 he returned the same exact day, I read the return policy and it only says to have original receipt, so they let us return it no problem we had took the tags off already and they took them no problem they let my boyfriend exchange them, He got $5 back. My boyfriend went to go exchange the 3rd pair of shorts the next day, same thing tags was off and they told him that he can not exchange them because the tags was off, and that is part of the policy but it doesn’t say that on the receipt or anywhere on the doors or counters. Maybe they should of put signs or better explanation for their policy.

Do not shop at this location!!! The customer service is terrible! I spend a bunch of money at expressions and always have a great experience except for when I go to the east providence for some reason they try to rush you out the door and I’ve seen numerous customers having a hard time with the the people that work there. Today I brought back a pair of sneakers that they sold to me with marks on them I just wanted to trade them for a new pair or store credit I had my receipt and I never even tried these sneakers on they are all white with white bottoms you could tell easily if anyone put them on. So the manager from the starts first say I can’t return them because I don’t have cash I explained how I didn’t want my money back I want to purchase more stuff actually and she gets all upset and telling me to go back to where I bought them from she isn’t doing anything for me ! She made it loud and clear she was the manager and she makes all the decisions when I asked to talk to someone above her ! So here I am because apparently you guys don’t have a customer service line or anything well that’s what I was told by the boss of that store even tho I called the attleboro location and they told me they should of returned them and I also called the Cranston location and they told me the same thing.... So according to your store policy from the boss in east providence I have to go to the same store when the same person that sold the sneakers to me then has to be working and they will be able to tell the manager of that store that it was already dirty yes I remember selling these dirty sneakers to him ????? Never wasting my money at expressions again!

Their return policy is not great to autistic clients. I have sons with autism and when they try in clothing they remove tags. Sensitivity is a big problem for people with autism. They would not take them back the day after purchase.
