I came here excepting a long line and a heavy load for Christmas. To my surprise it was a pleasure going to this five below a retail worker name Jayden young man with dreadlocks was very respectful, and extremely helpful around a stressful time of your. This young man she definitely be promoted on how attentive he is to detail alone. Keep up the good work young man. I will be returning

like the store itself & the items , but the “assisted self checkout” literally defeats the whole purpose of self checkout , just have someone at the register to check us out ain’t no reason i need assistance scanning my own items

Love five below! They always have everything you need! Or don't actually need lol don't waste your money on the popsocket they are junk. Bought some car bumper stickers those are great!

Had an instacart order here today, a bunch of very specific makeup. Sales associate on was VERY helpful, knew where everything was, made everything really easy. Great customer service!

No more regular cashiers all self pay and don't offer free bags, place seems to be messy all the time

I spend 10 dollars every night on snacks in this store. It is worse enough I had to self checkout but now you take away the bags and try to charge for them? Guess what . That 10 dollars every single night goes right next door to dollar tree who rings up my purchase and gives me a bag without nickel and diming me you broke jokes. So embarrassing

I love Five Below stores. This one opened in August of 2023 between the Dollar Tree and the Rainbow Store in the Wampanoag Plaza of East Providence. When I walked in recently, they were still unpacking boxes and setting up many of the shelves. The ladies workin here were very pleasant and friendly as I walked into the store. Like many other Five Below stores, this one had their health and beauty section, toys, T-shirts, school supplies, etc They have a few self check out registers as well as regular check out registers. Nice compact location with plenty of parking.
