I had a great experience at this storage facility. We used Go store it during our july 1 move during a very bad flash flood storm.The facility was very accommodating working with us is in our emergent situation, and their staff was the highlight of our moving experience. They were professional and knowledgeable, and made the process easy.The units are very clean and tall. The accessibility hours were good. The facility was well-maintained and clean.I have used many storage units throughout the years and this was one of the best experiences I have had. Will definitely use again and highly recommend!

Before go store it took over the old owners were good and they kept the rent down ever since this new company took over they been raising my rent Steady Almost every few months you have been warned

Extremely helpful when renting unit. Great set up for a second floor unit. Everything is spotless and the lighting is great. Love that there are carts to bring items up. Location is perfect for me!! Would definitely recommend!!

Rick was personable and helpful. He made sure the unit was leak free.He answered any questions knowledgeably. He was easy to get ahold of and always returned my calls promptly. The property, office and interior were clean and the lights worked. The property is secure 24 hours a day. I feel comfortable storing my belongings at Go Store It.

I've rented from some of the big names in storage units in the past, but Go Store It in Riverside, East Providence, managed by Rick, blows them completely out of the water.Friendly, professional, and accommodating.One conversation with this guy on the phone, and I knew I wasn't going anywhere else.For making the safe storage of our valued items, one of the easiest parts of moving, thank you Rick!
