I would like to share my honest review toward this company. What a great staff! From the receptionist ( sorry I dont remember her name) to Bruce ( what a personable man) to Junior our salesman. I got what I wanted for my trade ( Make sure you know what ur cars value is) the price of the car was a very good price, financing dept was easy. The only small problem I had was resolved within days. It was worth the 1hr+drive to go there.

I will never go back to Greco Toyota in east providence they lie to me when bought a car for my son for Christmas the car had problems and they didn't mention to me the car was one day old had 3 months warranty when I brought it back for them to take care of the problem they said they wouldn't fixed it that I had to take somewhere else but the car was under the warranty so I got really upset they treated me like a animal and said that they didn't needed it my money and they will take the car back and guive me may money back my poor son was so sad they took his car away omg they even call the police on us

Such a friendly staff. I came in looking to buy a vehicle, and there was no upselling. They listened to me.I knew what I wanted and what I didn't. They worked with me on my payments and trade-in. A VERY smooth transaction and a VERY happy customer!

Went in for a 5,000-mile service for my 23 Camry that has 4831 miles at the time. Alex, the person who was helping me told me the vehicle didn't require a oil change until 10,000 miles so all the vehicle required was a tire rotation but the funny thing is my wheels have locks that require a special lug key to remove the wheel that i forgot to give Alex and didnt realize it till after i pick up the vehicle. The receipt said they performed oil change and tire rotation, which is a LIE.I WENT THERE FOR NOTHING LOL TIME WASTED SMHThis place is a joke. Thank god it's just a LEASE. These people dont care about nothing but MONEY. Stay away if u care about your vehicle.

I've gone to Grieco for a while. I've had some good service techs, but most of them I have not had a good experience with. I brought my Camry in for an oil change and they told me my water pump was leaking and estimated the job to be $950 (before taxes). I called another mechanic and they estimated the job at half the cost (after taxes). I asked Greico if they could match that price and the service tech shut that down quickly, not letting me get a word in. Honestly, I frequently leave Greico feeling annoyed, pressured or talked down to. I've had a tech be borderline inappropriate with me, leaning into my car while I was dropping it off (and while I was still sitting in the drivers seat), and trying to pressure me to purchase various add ons, later on when he called me back. I understand techs make commission on services sold, and I like have the dealer check over my car each oil change, but I'm considering going elsewhere. I'm tired of feeling frustrated every time I get an oil change.

Terrible people and terrible business. I was rear-ended by one of their service vans months ago because he was driving recklessly while texting on his phone. In the 7 weeks since the accident, their "upper management team" as they referred to it, as well as a guy who worked in the parts department (lol), contacted me numerous times to try and bait me into the dealership to try and settle outside of insurance. I entertained Bruce even though I knew well ahead of time what their tactics would be. It was worth a shot at hearing what he had to say as the claim was moving forward, however, his attempt was to sell me a $70k truck at the dealer invoice and then tried to belittle and strong-arm me when I laughed at him and his attempt of "making good" on a very serious situation. Since then, Greico Toyota still refuses to work with THEIR OWN INSURANCE COMPANY and provide the requested driver information so that the claim can move forward. They are most likely trying to hide something with their employee and are playing games with an incident where they have already been found to be at fault. Just read all of the 1-star reviews about these guys and stay far away!!! They are beyond dishonest, their business tactics are horrific and their family is a complete joke along with their incompetent employees that they send out to do their dirty work. Do not trust anything with the Greico name on it.

I decided to place a $500 deposit on a vehicle that I had planned to purchase. The dealership was told that I wanted to use my own financing, which they agreed to and required a deposit to hold the car. When i went to apply for financing, i discovered that my credit union had raised their rates, which put me in a situation where I decided to no longer move forward with purchasing the car. I decided to let the salesperson know that i wouldn't be able to move forward with the purchase and to please refund my deposit. Instead, the salesperson continued trying to pressure me into moving forward with the deal, and in the end i decided that i did not want the car. The salesperson then told me per management the deposit is non refundable. The dealer is claiming that the deposit was 'non-refundable' which was NEVER stated at all, from beginning of the process. They claim they have voice memos that the salesperson stated this, which is also untrue (I have the voice memo). I never signed anything at all stating the deposit was non refundable, and the pictures of the receipts sent to me also do not state anything about the deposit being non refundable. I live in Massachusetts, and I've worked with multiple dealers in the New England Area - many of which have told me that keeping consumer deposits is a deceptive act. Now this dealer is trying to keep my deposit, instead of rightfully returning it. It's sad that a dealer has to try and keep a potential customers' deposit and list it as a profit line on their financial statement. This dealer was already sued by the Attorney General of Rhode island for deceptive pricing and charging customers a fee for "Paint and fabric spray" and advertised vehicles as available for wholesale pricing. I'm happy i didn't end up giving them my business. Stay far away from these liars and shady crooks.

They take advantage of clients uaware of their sales tatics. They overpromise and never follow through and lie about what they put in the contract. Because Joel the sales rep spoke fluent spanish, my mother trusted the sales rep had her best intentions in mind. He lied about the loan duration and he promised a spare key. After multiple attempts for almost a 2 years to get a spare key, the sales rep never followed through. When we went to the manager to get the spare key, they denied us the spare key because it was never put in the contract. A sales tatic used to take advantage of my spanish mother that didn't know any better to not trust any of there sales reps. They don't have your best intentions in mind.

I purchased a vehicle after looking online. I received a text, and then a phone call within minutes of putting in my information. After my test drive and deposit, I was told it would be ready in 1 week to pick up. Weeks later I still have no vehicle and zero answers to phone calls/emails/texts. If I call the dealership and say there is an issue I get sent to a voicemail and never receive a call back. I received a cancelation notice on my insurance policy for both of my vehicles because the lack of registration on the van still in dealer possession. I do not recommend this dealership and will never go back here.

UPDATE: Jay figured out what the issue was and personally took care of my refund. Initial problem was really more of an Ebay policy shortcoming. Thanks for making it right!
