I'm a small business owner in the area and I was referred to J and J by a family member and I couldn't be happier with their work and customer service. I recently brought a work vehicle and I'm own personal truck to them and their work was top notch. They even call to give you updates throughout the process, so you know what's going on. I highly recommend them!

My truck was damaged recently and I found J & J Auto Service via a Facebook community page. I keep this truck immaculate and was very nervous about trusting someone with it. Well all my anxiety was put to rest by the quality work this shop does. It came back looking amazing. Not only was the damage fixed but they cleaned her up real good! Would highly recommend J&J Auto Service. By far the best customer service and their work is top notch. My front drivers side bumper was ripped off and J&J not only repaired this, but they made my entire car look brand new. They called every Friday with updates and were extremely helpful and informative. I would highly recommend J&J to anyone looking to get repairs or anything else done. You won’t be disappointed.

Would highly recommend J&J Auto Service. By far the best customer service and their work is top notch. I’ve never felt so taken care of! Excellent service and they call you every Friday to give you updates on your car. My car had a lot of damage and it looks entirely brand new and it was ready to drive so quick. Johnny and Melissa were the best!

Do not buy from this mechanic! He sold me a car that had a recall on its transmission. I had to spend thousands fixing it after only nine months of having the car. As a mechanic, he should’ve known this, but he sold it to me anyway.

I have been a customer at J&J Auto Service several times! Not only is their work top notch, they have the most amazing staff. My Audi A3 was T-boned one time and side swiped another - each time, J&J made the car look brand new. They have impeccable attention to detail while keeping me updated on the work. Johnny's been repairing every vehicle I've owned since the 90's. Meticulously detailed work and very customer service orientated thanks to Melissa and Mark's professionalism. They will deal with insurance matters, have rental accommodations made in advance so no stress. Vehicle will look like it just came from the show room. Highly recommend J&J Auto if you are looking for great quality repairs and exceptional customer service.

J & J Auto was recommended by a colleague. My SUV was hit in the rear quarter gas tank in a parking lot. I contacted Melissa and she walked me through the entire process. They made sure I had a rental car, while my vehicle was being worked on. They dealt directly with the insurance company, so I didn't have to. John and Melissa had patience with me, as I've never had to go through the process of a repair of this nature. I picked up my SUV last week.
