The slide that twists is not put together properly. My daughter cut her face in two places. Spent the afternoon in urgent care. If it had happened one cm to the right, she would have split her eye open.

This is a large park in size - 21 acres - with basic, functional amenities. Most of the venue consists of several baseball diamonds and more open space that can be used for soccer or other outdoor pickup games. There are also a couple of tennis and basketball courts each that were in functional, albeit slightly weathered shape when I stopped by. A playground, meanwhile, looked nicely maintained, offering some swings and a modest climbing and slide structure. Families can picnic at a pavilion, plus there's plenty of parking for the youth leagues that use this venue.

The Kent heights basketball court needs work. The cement is cracked and you can easily trip. East Providence needs to repair it or re do the courts.The tennis court is in fair shape, and the baseball field is awesome. There is a play ground for kids as well. My kids love it.
