Wanted to try a new place and omg it’s so expensive. Almost $12 for a medium machine. I ended up going to the one I normally go to and it’s $5!!

i can’t speak to the current state but if the woman who used to do my wash dry fold for my newborn and i still works there, she consistently did a fantastic job with my laundry. it was uniform in its folding. it smelled clean. she delivered a consistent product with a timely turnaround. she went above and beyond with stain removal.i wish i could remember her name but she was a presence.

I've been a customer for over two years and it was my favorite laundromat, but now it's terrible. The glass door at the entrance is always broken, they never fix it. Today I went to wash my clothes and I had to top up my debit card 3 times because the machine was faulty. When I went to dry my clothes I realized that I was charged again, I asked the employee and he informed me that the machine was programmed to charge that amount, then he informed me that the machine was broken but that he could not return the money to my card. Another customer was next door and said the same thing happened to her. I'm not going back to that laundromat.

I come in early morning on Mondays around 3-4am and there is always trash on the floor and the staff is busy looking at their phone. This morning 8/14/23 I came in and there was trash outside and the inside was a mess. I didn't see the staff. After a while I went to use the restroom and it was locked. Just before I left the staff came out of the restroom so I went to use it. I saw towels on the floor and the bathroom smelt like smoke. I will still come early because I am in and out. But you need to hire people who want to work and do their job and not put a phone or naps as a priority.

I put the washer setting on hot but the water came out cold. The hot water from the sink was also cold. I asked the manager if I could use their card and try another machine because I shouldn't have to pay twice. She said no and tried to blame me for forgetting to set it to hot which is a lie.

I've been coming here for about 4 years. Used to be a great place, lately its just going down hill. The doors are always. Glass doors broken, chip Glass all over the door so someone can get cut, now the Glass is fixed but spring on the door is broken and slams on tou wyen you walk in

Horrible!!!The staff member here was not helpful at all and the lady behind the desk made it seem like i was bothering her with my questions on how to obtain and use the laundry card which customer service should be priority, if it wasn't for customers she wouldn't have a job.

Disappointed… due to a hectic work life I drop off my clothes every one to two weeks at first it was great lately the clothes are practically thrown in the bag not folded and the clothes are completely wrinkled so now I have to take all the clothes out and iron everything which beats the purpose thanks Nisse!

Nice clean place not a fan of getting pre paid card to pay at washer an dryer, if your looking for coin machines this not the place.

It's always clean with friendly staff. Prices are way better than the washers and dryers in my apartment building and the washers and dryers work well.
