Being a woman walking into a car place can be tough for me because a lot of places have tried to rip me off. But not here! As soon as I walked into the place I felt like I was family. Me with my blonde moments I totally forgot to ask the guy for his name but I assume he's the owner of the place. He's one of the nicest people I have ever encountered. Gave me his best advice and he wasn't wrong. I had a dual muffler delete, everything is stainless steel and the tips that came with it are just beautiful ? the cost of it is nothing to complain about. I thought it would be more.
Oh and I forgot to mention... I got there on a Friday around 11am, he was able to get the car in the same day and when I called to check on it around 4:30pm (because sometimes my car likes to give me surprises) I was told that they weren't leaving until my car was done.
The Audi sounds absolutely amazing! Thank you so much ?
I will refer EVERYONE to this place.

Prior to the visit, my car was embarrassingly loud when driving. Now, it is extremely quiet and they had my car fixed in less than an hour for a very fair price! I also could have sat for hours speaking with the owner - a good honest person with great stories to tell! Will absolutely come back in the future.

Owner always a pleasure! They do great work so happy. Resonator delete and exhaust tips sit perfectly as it was from the factory! Welds are on point these guys do great work!

This place is amazing!!! Saved me literally thousands of $$$. Honest, trustworthy and even took the time to show me exactly what the issues were. I'm so thankful that I made a call to ask a general question. They have a customer for life in me, and my family and friends too. I really (really really really) wish there were more like the Jay's out there. HIGHLY recommend and give them a 1000 out of 5 stars!

I am so thankful for this shop. They've saved me so much money and were so honest and even brought me into the garage to show me exactly what was wrong. I have been taken advantage of too many times with service and Lou's Custom Exhaust went so far above my expectations. I'd give them way more than 5 stars if possible.

Lou and his team were awesome they inspected the muffler on my car showed me the problem and how they were fixing it they are professional and courteous made me feel at ease great service highly recommend them and get me on the road in no time….
