All I can tell you is I am very blessed and every time I go there I see Robert. He is definitely the guru of gurus when it comes to your Metro phone as well as your billing cycles. He always looks out for the customer first no doubt about it he is definitely beyond experienced with exceptional customer service.

I had the pleasure of receiving excellent customer service from Javier O'Malley at Metro PC last week, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. From the moment I walked in, Javier was friendly, professional, and eager to help. He went above and beyond to ensure that all my concerns were addressed and that I left the store completely satisfied.
Javier took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I fully understood my new phone plan and all the options available. His knowledge of the products and services was impressive, and he patiently answered every question I had. It's rare to find such dedication and attention to detail in customer service these days.

The started off giving one deal then they told me I could t get that deal because they realized the could get more commission on the other one ... I could have gotten better deals online or at other locations... They don't care if people have a budget ... They will say and do what ever it takes to get that sale I don't recommend coming here ...

would not recommend this place… I use to come in and see a regular girl i don’t know what is going on now but this place is so unorganized I’ve been waiting for my replacement phone. I’m switching to another company tomorrow after being phoneless for almost a month.

Mad because I walked in and SPECIFICALLY told them what I wanted done and was HIP to the phone business. SPECIALLY asked her to activate new phone on arguing and KEEP SAME SIM because I don't want to pay for one. Bitccchhhh charged me for one. One I did not need.

Went in looking for a phone because my screen cracked badly and the place I took it too was unable to successfully replace my screen. The Revval was recommended. Made my purchase then went home and changed over my info on my own. Touch screen is lagging behind something awful. The aux plug in don't work. The Bluetooth feature connected but won't stay connected. I've been waiting approximately two weeks or more waiting on a replacement phone. When I return six days after my purchase I was told I needed to see the young lady that sold me the phone. That took an additional three to four days. When I showed up the store would be locked . Then I started calling and I'm still waiting on a shipment of phones to come in. But I'm so disappointed with my overall purchase. I won't ever buy a phone by Revval again.

Today was the absolute worse customer service I have ever received anywhere !!! First the young lady was 20 minutes late ? then while pretending to try and help me she was on a personal phone call which also made me angry along with her being extremely rude and called me the a$$hole !! I walked out without any assistance whatsoever ???

Horrible customer service. My mom and I had questions and they treated us like we should have known everything. She interrupted every question we asked and when asked what her name was and the owner she refused to tell us.
