Mutual Mini Mart is a convenient spot for gas, cigarettes, and other shopping needs. The car wash is noted as a good service with attendants who do a good job. Some customers find it an okay place to get what they need without pleasantries. However, there are significant issues with employee service. A common complaint is one employee who is always on his speakerphone, making phone calls more important than listening to customers. This leads to orders being repeated, wrong items being given, and incorrect charges. Customers feel this is rude and bad business. Service reliability is also a problem. On at least one occasion, customers left after a long wait with no attendant at the window and no posted information about the situation. While there is another employee who is polite and gets customers squared away quick and without issue, he is not there often. Due to these persistent problems, some long-time customers now often drive to a different place despite the convenience.

This place is okay. I like the car wash and the attendants there - they do a good job. There is one male gas attendant I've experienced that is a bit "put offish", but other than that I get what I need without any pleasantries and truthfully, from him, I'm fine with that.
