Fast, friendly, professional. I've dealt with plenty of alarm companies and National always takes care of my issues efficiently. System is nice and works well. The app is pretty user-friendly and convenient to have as well.

We are housed in a fairly large warehouse inn Rhode Island and needed emergency help. There was a fire alarm that would not stop beeping and the owner personally came and helped us. He did not have to do that and we appreciate the service. Exceptional professionalism!!!

I have had National Security for over 4 years and I am so pleased . They have friendly staff from the administration to the technicians . They always answer the phones 24 hours a day and never has an answering service.As a former customer of ADT which provided terrible customer service as well as high prices. ADT is not local and National is family owned local and I highly recommend National for all security needs.

We purchased a home with a security system in it that you installed. The system is disconnected and we just found out our smoke detectors aren’t working (for the last 6 years). We need the code to the system but are being told we can’t have it because we aren’t your customer.If we buy a five year contract then you can help us. Seriously??? Is this how you do business?? You hold people hostage?? We could die in a fire or be poisoned by carbon monoxide!!! You seriously won’t help us???? And people trust you with the security of their home??? You are heartless!!!!

If I could give a Zero star review, I would. NSFAS provides monthly services to the Condo building that I live in. Their solution to fixing a "trouble in system" alert and subsequent continuous high-level beeping sound is to send a technician over to open the alarm box, push a "silence alarm" button, leave, and then charge the Association $450. This has been a chronic issue for more than a year.It's unfortunate that this company seems unable to properly diagnose what is a simple problem. Instead of silencing the alarm for 24 hours, perhaps they can take pride in their work and, more importantly, understand that a customer is always right. If you are looking for a fire/security company, consider all your options and choose wisely.

Stay away. They don't track billing appropriately, and even if you pay your bill every month they on numerous occasions claim that you missed a bill from years ago. When you ask for a statement of account they don't provide it. They are shakedown artists. In my opinion you'd be better off with the burglars.

On Thursday, March 31, 2022 at around 10am their truck turned right on a red light and cut directly in front of me - I had a green light. Plus, there was NO ONE behind me. All he had to do was wait for 5 seconds for me to pass! I had to swerve sharply to avoid hitting him as he sped away.If they are this careless and reckless on the road then I am positive they are careless and reckless in their business ethic!! If this driver's attitude represents the attitude of the business, I would absolutely stay away from this reckless company!!
