I had a car loan with this bank and I paid it off in early December. I was told they would mail out the title within 10 days. I called today over a month later and they still haven't processed it. They said we are sorry we are running a little behind. I'd say that's more than a little. I asked to have it sent out to me today because I'm donating the car, they said no 10 days. Really still 10 days you had my money for over a month. Again just a half ass apologize nothing we can do. Well I for one will never do business with them again. I would suggest you don't do business with a bank who can't compete its obligations in a timely manner. If you don't complete your obligations with the banks they charge you fees should be the same for the banks when they fail. Unacceptable behavior on coastal1 credit union.

I am blown away. First when you think you are calling a specific branch you’re not its a call center who refuses to send you to a branch. When asked for the branch manager of Warren Ave location email, I was told NO that she would have to give it to me!!! That is completely unheard of to do business and deny someone access to the person who was helping them. We were working with her to transfer our entire business but now, I refuse to bank any of my services with this Credit Union. A Credit Unions are member owned member valued I guess not with this one!!!

This bank is teeny and it has weird hours but the staff are pleasant a helpful. The ATMs are ALWAYS broken and lacking funds for withdrawals since PCU was bought out by Coastal1. Please invest in upgraded infrastructure and get the Brinks truck to replenish the ATM machines. Also, who the heck names a bank Coastal1? It should be called Coastal No Funds.

When making 3 transactions at this ATM today 1/2/21, it really would be nice if there was receipt paper, so I would have a record. It is really Not convenient to write down my history so that I can credit or debit my accounts when I get home. Pawtucket Credit Union has very poor Customer Service; this is Not the first time!

The people are always very professional and nice. The hours are very accommodating to most people and it's great that they have a Coinstar machine inside the bank as well. I've never ran into any problems there. My only issue is that more often than not the ATM in the Drive-Thru is not working and that can be quite an inconvenience. I don't want to have to use other Banks ATMs and pay a fee so it can be a little frustrating. Other than that though they're great

Great hospitality and very professional. I do not have a checking account with PCU and I'm always treated with much respect. Every time that I have questions about anything they've always taken the time to explain everything -- I can ask a lot of questions. This is why I prefer to use this location to make my loan payments.
