I don’t understand people who are super picky about how their dog looks, but we’ve always been happy with his cuts especially considering Darcy is fearful of the groomers and although she doesn’t say anything, I know he probably doesn’t behave ?. He doesn’t like water or to be touched in certain areas, but Vanessa somehow manages to get everything done and when I pick him up he’s calm and playful, not traumatized! I also appreciate that she doesn’t have a bunch of dogs inside and comes to the side of your car to pick up/drop off. It makes the whole event less stressful for everyone. Thank you Vanessa ?

Everyone was really nice and they clearly love animals — all of the dogs mid-groom when I came to pick up mine were clearly having a good time and very calm. So happy to have found this place, we’ll definitely be back!

15 1st Street, East ProvidenceFirst of all the VCA animal hospital I visited was on Atwood Ave in Cranston and not EP. Cranston location squeezed me in their schedule.
Efficient staff at the desk. Once in exam room with a vet assistant I was asked questions about my newly adopted kitten's health. All questions were welcomed and answered with knowledgeable info. The doctor gave a complete check up to include complimentary nail cutting.
My cat, Prince Ali, 5 months old was only living with me for a few days so I didn't know if he would be resisting the exam. He trusted the doctor and vet. assistant and enjoyed the petting from both women.
The doctor showed me how to apply heartworm treatment and how often he should receive it. And where to get the product. They offer it on site.
When it was time to leave the assistant requested that I wait a few minutes in the exam room until the lobby was clear of dogs. We had a wonderful, professional and thorough experience at the VCA on Atwood Ave. in Cranston.

60 Edmund St, East ProvidenceWe love the Dog Center so much for daycare and occasional boarding. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable, and we completely trust them taking care of our boys and working with their individual behaviors (one doggo doesn’t get along with other males and gets to stay in a room and play with female dogs, for example). Nothing tires our dogs out like a day playing at the Dog Center, and the expert staff even manage to trim our dogs’ nails for us when neither we nor the vet can get it done for one of our difficult pups. Highly recommend!
