“Our expansion tank broke and when we returned from vacation, the furnace had turned off, there was water it would not work. It is the winter and the house temperature was 52. It was 2 AM. I called Columbus and they connected me with the on call technician Zach. He came out and over arriving at 3AM and worked all night to change the expansion tank, and replace all the relays and controls that had been ruined by the water soaking them.
He was great, efficient and professional. I could not have asked for more. He finally finished all the repairs at 7AM. I felt terribly that he was up all night but he could not have been more gracious.
I would give Zach 10 stars, but they only allow 5. It is comforting to know that in the middle of the night, you can get the help that you need”

“Many thanks to Will and Eric for a great job tuning up my Oil burner. Because it was burning inefficiently, they spent a lot of time cleaning out the fire chamber and CLEANING the injection system. They then tune up the combustion mixtures. They even found and corrected a small leak in one of the relief valves. All in all they did a great job and very thankful for their work”

“I've used this location multiple times. Never had an issue. I've used the app mostly to rent. But when I did use the service inside, everything went smoothly. In and out.
My most recent rental though, the uhaul smelled disgusting. Horrible smell of cigarettes. Not something you want to spend traveling over 60 miles with.”
