Don't take your clothes to Rex Cleaners . I took my suit coat to Rex cleaner in East Providence and they damaged my suitcoat and wouldn't refund me my money let alone pay for the damage . There is a reason why they got 2 and a half stars on yelp.

I wouldn't take my close to Rex cleaner in East providence . I took my suit coat to Rex cleaner and they damaged my coat and wouldn't even refund my money let alone pay for the damage .

I brought my Guess peacoat here along with a scarf I had gotten as a Christmas gift after they both were left in an open Jeep during a thunderstorm....not my brightest moment. Not only did they do an amazing job with them both making them look like new, but the price was phenomenal. For both it cost $20.50 together. When I had my peacoat done elsewhere awhile back it cost me around $35. I don't go to the dry cleaners very often so I'm not sure about normal prices, but that is a big difference. When my boyfriend and I showed up they just had closed at 5pm. On my Apple Maps it said they closed at 5:30pm so we were a bit shocked when the building said 5. A wonderful woman saw us as she was getting into her car. She offered to grab my items. Seeing as we had made a mistake on only checking the time on Apple Maps I told her it was ok and that we would come back. She insisted it was alright, so I was able to still get them just a bit ago. Couldn't thank her enough and what she did was extremely thoughtful and wonderful. We all know at the end of a work day you just want to go home or just get out of there typically hahahahaha. She took the time still to help a customer out and it's why I'll recommend this place.

I have been going to Rex Cleaners on Pawtucket Ave in East Providence for a year now, and have only had excellent experiences! Friendly service, prompt work, and perfectly cleaned and pressed clothing.
