I contacted Emile at Scott VW looking for a specific Jetta that he had in inventory, I needed to negotatiate the price before hand because I live over an hour away. He was able to cut me a great deal for a new Jetta SE over the phone, that same day I picked up the car. He was very pleasant to deal with and I was in and out fast.I highly recommend Emile and Scott VW!Got the car I wanted for the price within my budget!

Staff was friendly and acknowledging of giving me bad news about serious repairs to my car. I appreciated the candor and empathy, and they did not try and force a sale. For that reason I will be enquiring into a newer to me vehicle through Scott VW.

I had been to two other VW dealerships prior to going to Scott, and was so pleased with my interactions at Scott VW. I worked with Selena Motta, and she was incredibly thorough with her communications with me, following up with information on a regular basis. I highly recommend using Scott VW, and specifically Selena, for your VW purchase!

Just purchased a 2020 Tiguan and have to comment how great the experience was! This car dealer is not your typical nightmare experience! Trust them to get you what you need and want all while being super friendly! Thank you to all, especially Selena! See you when I'm ready for my next car!

Selena was absolutely fantastic. I was having an issue with another dealer - just delays and the same story for two weeks in trying to get the car I wanted.In literally 2-3 hours from asking Selena if she could help, she had located the exact car I wanted, had a swap in place with the out of state dealer, the date of delivery 2 days later, and I picked up the car 3 days later.

This is my second Jetta purchase this year. Emile and Steve made both purchases quick and enjoyable. If you want a car that you will love, an easy and friendly sales process, (I have been to plenty of dealerships, none compare) and even a great service department, you do not need to look any further.

The service was fine once they were able too. I came in right at the beginning of the storm on Friday. Literally I pulled in and the downpour began. I went inside and they didn’t have power. They didn’t ask for any information from me. They told me I had to call them to find out if they could service my vehicle. I had an appointment. Better customer service would be calling me to let me know when I could bring my vehicle back. They were just sitting there when I walked in.

I had an absolutely incredible experience with Selena Motta! She assisted us with buying my daughter's first car and crushed it! Selena is extremely knowledgable, professional and just an awesome person in general. I highly recommend her!

Nice place, the guy who checked me in was very nice. Paid $300 bucks for an oil change, tire rotation and a filter change. Expensive per the usual. They advertise a shuttle service on their website, and when I arrived, I was told it doesn't run on the weekends, so my two year old son and I hung around at the McDonald's across the street until it was done. like everything else in America these days, horribly mediocre experience.

The staff was able to identify and explain what service was required for my 2020 Tiguan and to access the details of my warranty. Mike at the front desk was exceptionally knowledgeable, curteous, and professional. The work was completed well and within the time and cost expectations. Thank you! I always feel that I am in good hands at Scott Volkswagen.

I have been looking for a specific model with a specific trim. One finally showed up. I don’t want to say the salespersons name because it’s not HIS fault. But anyway, the salesperson called me and told me the car showed up. I was excited. I called the following morning and asked if it was still there because it was well over an hour drive for me. I get there, I drive the car, and as soon as I get out of the car, the general manager walks by and says, “oh that car isn’t for sale anymore, I just now took a deposit over the phone for it”.Like, what? While I was on a test drive for a car I was literally about to purchase? What was the point of driving over an hour? Or better yet, what was the point of me getting a call to come in if that was going to happen? Last time I checked, you don’t sell a car up from somebody’s feet while they’re in the middle of a test drive. What a joke. I feel bad for the salesperson just as much as I feel bad for myself. Took away that guys commission, and a customer. I won’t be ever doing business with them.

My experience was a model of efficiency. I was on a very tight schedule, and my sales person, Emile Fafard had me on the road within my 2 hour window. I made the last boat back to Block Island. The F&I gentleman was also professional, engaging and efficient. People cannot believe that I was able to complete this transaction as quickly as it happened.

Had our tire pop while on vacation while In Newport with the family. Called around trying to find the tire (specific kind) and this place was able to get it same day! Unfortunately they had no appointment availability but when we came to pick up the tire they kindly squeezed us in and out. So beyond thankful as we had to drive back to NY!
