It's a smaller store and sometimes runs out of items but has gotten better. I Don't have to go to another store as much. (I'm not talking about sales items).

I have to tell you. If it wasn’t for convenience it would be a 1 star. I cringe every time I go shopping and it’s multiple times a week. I swear that everyone who works there hates working there. It doesn’t matter if it’s the deli counter ( probably the most miserable working there), checkout people, or customer service, they are always complaining out loud about their schedule, co-workers, or work conditions. The service in the deli is poor. There are always 3 people “working” but only one who ever takes customers. Doesn’t matter the time of day. Those who are “shopping” for online customers must barrel through with carts with no care for customers and when stocking shelves go forbid if you have to walk by and they are in the way. You are made to feel like you are the problem for shopping there. The only bright spot is Pat in the bakery. That is literally it. Customer service training is sorely needed. If it wasn’t for convenience I would go somewhere else.

Really good puff pastries with whipped cream in them I think they come nine in a box half with chocolate on them and half without that makes four and a half of each which doesn't make any sense but you get the general idea. Don't buy things at Shaw's expecting a competitive price unless they are on sale you buy stuff there for convenience.

this morning August 10, I was checking out and there were two young men working one at the register and one bagging. I was trying to use a rewards debit card but could not figure out the pin. Both of those young men went out of their way to help figure it out for me They were absolutely wonderful Shaw's employees. I told them they made my day!

I wish I could give a 0 star review. We are locals and have seen mice droppings on multiple occasions all over the shelves. Tonight in a rush I grabbed Parmesan cheese, didn’t think to check the date, went to go use it and noticed it was fully brown. The best by date was 1/28/25….🤯 🤢 OK, I get a few days or maybe a couple weeks but 6+ months?!?! Not safe to shop here anymore.

I shop this store weekly, multiple times a week, in-store and curb-side. Im continuously let down on the quality of produce, lack of sale items that are available, and repeatedly the same items are out of stock. Its frustrating on so many levels.

One register open and about 12 people waiting in line while all the kid workers chit chat and fool around up front. Unbelievable. It also really smells when you go down past the milk around the corner to the meat section right by the swinging door. It smells AWFUL
