I took my vehicle here for an estimate after I was in a hit and run. They fixed the vehicle without ever having asked for permission and then tried to hold my vehicle hostage until paid. Their cost was thousands over what the estimate was. To include “detailing” the vehicle. It was taken there for a repair, not for you to clean an already clean vehicle. Shady business practices here is the most positive thing I can muster up to say about this place. Absolutely would NOT recommend. He’ll tell you how he’s been doing this 25 years. Yea…25 years to learn how to perfect gross business practices. Save yourself the trouble and find someone who understands what the word estimate means. An estimate surely isn’t permission. Take your vehicle down the road to the other shop is my personal opinion based off my experience with this company.
A few days after picking up my vehicle, it rained and I have a leak on my soft top. Oddly, on the opposing side I used to have one. And the two white spots on my soft top have mysteriously vanished. If I didn’t know any better, in my opinion, this place switched out my soft top. I’ve never had a leak on the passenger side and those spots are gone. This place is so shady to me.
Edit: The company called and tried to threaten me for my review of the horrible service I received. I’m not entirely sure these folks understand how personal reviews work. I’ve provided their voicemail as evidence. Make your own decision if this is the type of people you want to have possession of your vehicle.

I came to see these folks after my car was damaged from a hit-and-run. This is the first time that I ever had to go to a body shop and I was completely clueless. They were able to communicate everything from insurance coverage to my next steps in an easily digestible way. When I picked up my car I was really impressed with the work done. I really hope I don't need any more work on my done in the future but if I do I will be coming back here. Thanks guys.

I just got my Subaru crosstrek back from Showcase and I couldn’t be happier. They worked quickly with my insurance and made the entire process go smoothly. Not only did they fix my dented door and dumper, but also pushed in a front panel that was sticking out slightly with no extra cost! My car’s interior was also vacuumed upon pickup. I was very happy with the quality of service received. They were able to get all the parts needed and complete the work within a fews days. They were so courteous and great to do business with. I have been a customer of the auto shop in Swansea where I also received the same great service. It is a good solid family business!

I can't say enough great things about the personalized service the team at Showcase delivered. My daughter's car was damaged in a hit & run accident and thereafter a break in. We had two insurance claims at once which was a bit overwhelming. Showcase handled all of the logistics and repaired the vehicle to perfection in a short turnaround time.
