It was a great experience as usual. Service rep was very nice and explained everything that was going to be done. The dealership is under some remodel work and can’t wait to see the end product that goes along with the great service and experience from all the reps.

Stateline Nissan is one of the best dealerships in Rhode Island I must say I feel right at home here. Customer service is remarkable Marc Henry Noel yoke good care of me. Whenever I bring my car for any type of service they attend to me right away. I would recommend Stateline Nissan to anyone.

I walked in, overwhelmed about the whole car shopping experience, and was met with a friendly individual who put me in contact with Kenny. Kenny was thoughtful and helpful and very good at answering all my questions and concerns. If the rest of my experience stays this spectacular, I’d highly recommend him and this dealership.

We had appointment to see a car. When we got there they said it wasn't ready and in shop getting tires and brakes. They wasted our time and were very rude and unapologetic. I would not recommend this dealership as they use external offsite sales people to book appointments but that person has no ability to verify if the car is actually available - they also don't follow up to reschedule if the car is not available. Bad experience. Not customer centric.

I had a great experience working with David Parra at State Line Nissan. He was friendly, courteous, and obviously knowledgeable about the different models and trims. I had walked in without scheduling an appointment, but Dave still made the effort to show and test drive with me a few different vehicles. He allowed us to look around a bit first and offered different options. I didn’t feel he was pushy. I could buy the used low-mile 2023 at a discount (which I did and am IN LOVE), or he could look around to try to get me the exact vehicle I wanted if U wanted new. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy.It did take quite awhile while we waited our turn to complete the paperwork with financing, but not having had an appointment and getting it all done at once, I am not going to complain. Multiple others, in addition to David, offered to get us a drink, asked if we needed anything, etc. I get they are in the business to sell, but everyone at the dealership was super friendly. Dave has since made follow up calls to make sure things are going well, ask if I had any questions, and inquire how I like the new Rogue in general. My daughter is now very happy to be taking my 2014 Rogue off to college next week, and I am IN LOVE with my new ride.I like not having to play games and haggle with pricing. I had done online research and reviewed prices at multiple dealerships, both big and small prior to walking in so I knew the price was good. It was the fastest and easiest I have ever bought a car. Honestly, I have overthought more things in my Amazon cart. Thanks David!

I had an outstanding experience at this car showroom, mainly due to the amazing staff member Kenny. He was incredibly receptive, friendly, and patiently explained everything during my visit. The fact that he allowed us to test drive the car on our own was a major plus. Kenny's assistance was so exceptional that I am giving this showroom a 5-star rating. Moreover, the rest of the staff were also very friendly. It's interesting to note that this location used to be Tasca, where I purchased my first car a few years ago. The transformation has definitely been positive!

Ms. Carmen Rodriguez was a friendly, helpful salesperson. She was on top of things and kept contact with me until my car was all set to take home. Very nice person. Full 5 stars.The dealership itself is relaxed but professional, I had various staff work to get me a beautiful car. I am very happy with Stateline, more than I expected from a dealership. A lot of helpful, genuinely nice people. Full 5 stars for the dealership.

I recently purchased a Nissan Rogue from Stateline Nissan and worked with Josiah. Given inventory is a little wild right now, we were worried about the process to find and purchase a car, but Josiah worked with us on our options, and notified us as soon as one became available that met our needs. He is extremely personable and professional, and made our car buying experience quick, easy, and seamless. I cannot recommend him enough!
