I like going to this bank & everyone is friendly- the only problem is every time I have an issue when I'm not at the bank itself & try to call- no one answers the phone. Ever. I have called maybe 5 separate times in the past month & no one answers the phone. I call during open operating business hours & still I have never had anyone answer any one of my calls. I don't know if the phone isn't working or they just don't feel like answering phones but I'm sure it's apart of the job... if the phones worked properly & workers actually answered them this location would have 5 stars! :)

I am not a regular customer of TD Bank by choice, as I am not impressed with their respective rates and fees. Will add that I do have my name on an account with my husband at a Massachusetts TD branch, and have never encountered any problems there.I went into this branch hoping to cash a check issued to from a TD Bank account. I was asked if I had any direct accounts with them. When I indicated I didn't, I was told that I'd be charged a fee of $10.00 to cash the check. The teller was less than helpful. I just took my check and left. Went to one of the neighboring banks on Newport Ave. without any difficulty.

I just came in to get a bank check and I was seriously so touched by the amazing women working the bank today . Not only did I get all the help I needed they were all so kind and helpful I’m truly grateful bc it’s not every day where you’re treated and greeted like you’re a friend or a loved one especially by strangers so for that im very grateful . I had the worst day today and after being helped by these amazing women im walking out of the bank smiling and that means the world to me . They set me up with accounts to help me save and build for my future which I wasn’t expecting to do when I walked in but im so grateful they suggested it bc I didn’t even know there were options like that .It’s 1/10/23 around 1pm , If the bank manger sees this please give those amazing women who helped me a raise or something bc im truly so grateful for my time at the bank today and that’s not normally something you hear every day . I’ll definitely make this bank my go to bank for any needs I may have . Thank you again ladies ! You’re all amazing ??

We kept getting hit with o.d fees and was very frustrated today we were going to close our bank account and go else where but after sitting down with Anthony and Dan the bank manager solved our problem within 2 hours of going over 3 months of transactions and looking at where things went wrong. Because of Anthony's diligence and focus we decided to stay at T.D bank
