I have been working with Charity for a few years now for insurance on a rental property that I own.Having been dissatisfied with the never ending increases I was seeing in my auto insurance premiums, I reached out to charity for a quote. She was very responsive, and able to find me a company that now saves me over $100.00 a month. She's the best of the best, and it's always an absolute pleasure to work with her.

Spoke to the secretary, so not professional , unfortunately needed a translator to help me ,so I didn't speak car insurance lingo to her liking, and was treated like I was waste of her time, felt very uncomfortable asking questions about what and why, only to be told we don't do state minimum here , she really needs a lesson on people skills when speaking to others .I was trying to insure 3 vehicles, Not worth my money or time after that.....
