The staff in the East Providence location are friendly and helpful. They helped chose best trailer hitch for needs. He was professional and helped with questions. Installation was wonderful job. Appointment was easy to make and less expensive than going to the dealership of course. Services were done on time. Highly recommended for anyone needing or wanting a hitch. Good service, feel well taken care at location. The road in and out is odd. If you take Lyft they will screw up picking you up.
