For four years I have been getting customized mothers day gift for my wife from custom shirts with our kids names to stuffed elephants with their birth stats. All the staff members have been kind and work with me to ensure each design is perfect!

I have multiple sweatshirts from here over the years and this iced coffee one is one of my favs ? Hans always makes sure you get something you love and is very creative!! All around great employees!!

Love ordering from up2! I’ve ordered shirts
customized for concerts, holidays, birthdays and so much more. I’ve gotten personalized baby stuffed animals. Hans is always able to create exactly what I want. I am never disappointed with what I order.

Absolutely love this store!! It’s my number one shop to get all my gifts. I customize everything from sweatshirts to the adorable stuffed animals for friends and family. Staff is super friendly and try to accommodate you as much as possible. Hans is always the one to help me when I come in and she’s super helpful and has great ideas for all my gifts. Used Up2ournecksinfabric to have items personalized for a baby shower (even in Mandarin letters) and it was overall a HUGE success! The girls were knowledgeable, polite & efficient and the pricing was quite reasonable! Highly recommend and will use again soon!

I purchased a pajama set from them and I only received a top of the pajama, according to their customer service you have to select individually the top and the bottom, but that’s not what the description of the itself or the picture shows! Very confusing! Also for almost $40 that’s a pretty expensive pajama top, without a bottom now. The quality is very poor as well. They need to do a better job describing their items. Not happy with my purchase at all.

I have now ordered from here a few times, each time I am left in shock for 1 simple reason, they always perfectly replicate the image of what I have in my head. The design is always perfect never lopsided or faded, the material of the clothing is oh so comfortable and the durability throughout the day is a show stopper, Ive had shirts from amazon or other people have made that the letter begin peeling throughout the day, never ever happens with UP2. Perfect place for gifts that leave a WOW factor too. I often find shirts I like on Amazon or etsy and instantly message UP2 to make them!! It all started with an elephant I got for my baby shower from a friend now I wont go anywhere else for a custom anything!!

Very helpful in person! I ordered the wrong size online from their Etsy store and went in person to their store and they let me exchange with no questions asked. Their store is beautiful and very nice employees!
