I called this morning to try to track a package that indicates it's at the Rumford post office and who ever picked up the phone was extremely rude, she seemed like she did not want to get out of bed this morning and was mad at the world.

I mailed out some packages today and was helped by Dawn who was rude and patronizing towards me from the start. There was another customer waiting in line behind me who was making mean and impatient comments about me the whole time about how long it was taking (I was there less than 10 minutes), and Dawn talked to her through me as if I wasn’t even there, agreeing that I was being somehow unreasonable by wanting tracking on my packages (for my small business). I felt rushed and judged for simply bringing packages to mail out and left feeling awful. I will be bringing my business to the Providence location in the future where I have never been made to feel stupid and belittled by staff.

This morning I stopped at the Rumford, RI post office and saw through the window that the young, bearded postal worker at the counter was NOT wearing a mask. I did not go in and drove to the Seekonk post office, where the postal worker cared enough about the public he is serving to wear a mask. I thanked him. What is wrong with Rumford and the quality control and proper Covid-19 protocol? I was discussed.

This is the best little post office in the history of post offices. People who were treated rudely probably had it coming. Good, stay out and keep this place small and accessible. I don't like to see these decent hard workers maligned by cancel culture.

I don't know the name of the man up front today, but he was soo rude to a young lady that asked for tape. He was a bit ghetto. Maybe someone should tell him to talk less and work more. No one needs to be treated rudely for two pieces of tape.

The worst customer service I ever had in my life at USPS. The person I spoke to was a heavy set older man and he gave me such attitude. The way he spoke to me was very unprofessional. Im so upset that I will not ever go back to this place ever again and prefer going somewhere else.
