Had a wonderful experience here! Came in unsure if I needed to renew or apply for a new passport altogether and Justin and another associate could not have been kinder and more helpful. Thanks a million! 10/10 highly recommend!!!

Justin was awesome while assisting my daughter and I to renew her passport. Despite being harassed by impatient customers waiting behind us who felt they shouldn’t have to wait. He was quick and did not take the stress out on us. Thank you Justin for being a professional.

They managed to duplicate the tracking number leaving my package in transit to a different shipping address (not mine). The audacity they have to tell me to pay $18 to intercept the package due to their error! I still have not received it and it's been two weeks. I had to submit a missing package claim. This location has incompetent employees so run to another location!!!

I had a great experience with the staff,however the service provided was horrible. I sent an international package,tracked. There was one failed delivery attempt,and then it was shipped back to me. This cost me 100$ and they couldn't even do a second delivery attempt. Never again. Wasted $100 and wasted precoous time. Learnt my lesson,next time I will try UPS

There were no customers behind me and the red headed clerk refused to give me a reciept for a prepaid package. I asked 3 times and he refused. Poor customer service.

Horrific. My husband took off work so we coulf apply for passports for our kids which requires both parents present. We went to the city hall across the street which was wrong by the time we were redirected across the street and waiting in line for 20 mins I was told, you are late so you need to reschedule. I pleaded that my husband had taken the day off and if we could just try and get it done before the next family and he with zero emotion just said no. No customer service, no empathy for the mistake or even attempt to try! Avoid for passports

The woman behind the counter today ( new years eve day 11am) is always so nice. I am at the post office a lot, and this location is always the most helpful & are nice people in general. & she is always so good to my 2 y.o. today he got JUNIOR POST MASTER stickers which was so nice of her. Thank you for the good service.
