After recommendations from many friends, it was time to call Carr for a home inspection and free estimate to either fix or replace our openers. Glad I did! No games or sales pitches. Mason was great to deal with and no pressure. Price was fair and they offered next day installation. Great experience, very pleased with the new openers. Highly recommend Don and Mason Carr 👍

My 5 year old torsion spring snapped yesterday and it was replaced and repaired today. I enjoy quick service and it was an easy process to get everything fixed. I think Carr has great service.

On Labor Day, both cables which raise and lower the garage door broke. Left a message at Cars Overhead door, and they responded the following morning. . The problem was rectified by noon. The technician was pleasant and gave me hints at periodic maintenance so it would not happen again. I would recommend them without reservation.

I loved my service from Carr. They were prompt, professional, a pleasure to work with, and I consider their prices to be very fair. I’m very pleased with my new garage door opener. The young gentleman who performed the installation was polite, friendly, very knowledgeable, and worked with me on all decisions. I will be recommending Carr to my general contractor when I expand my garage door opener to two bays.

Called on Monday. Out to fix Tuesday. Brian who came out explained to me why 2 springs needed. How to oil. Basically the little things you appreciate when a tech shows up. Fast and friendly service at a fair price. Carr's now my company. Homerun!

Had a broken spring cable on a Saturday. Was able to send a tech within an hour of my call. Not only did the tech fix the problem quickly , he showed me a few minor things that needed to be replaced or repaired to avoid future problems. Polite , courteous and on time. The price was reasonable for a weekend emergency service call. I couldn't be more satisfied. Deserving of this five star review.

I had an issue with my garage door over the weekend. The sticker on the back was from Carr's (my farther had the door installed). I called at 2:20pm Monday afternoon and promptly received a call back from the owner. He was very helpful and professional. I had a technician at my house at 3:05. He also was very friendly and professional. He diagnosed the issue as being a bent pulley from normal wear and tear. I opted to have all 4 pulleys replaced for peace of mind because the price was very reasonable. When the work was done the technician helped me link up the door motor to the mobile app so that I have peace of mind that I've closed the garage door when I've left the house. I'm the caregiver for my mom and have on numerous times turned the car around to go back to my house to make sure I closed the garage. This in itself was worth the price of the service call. I'm grateful for the technician fixing the door and helping me set up the mobile app. Thank you!

Outstanding customer service! Mason was wonderful to work with. He came to see my project on the same day I called. It was very easy to chose the style, color and type of opener to replace the original door. He told me the expected delivery date and it was exactly on time . Installation took 3 hours and now my house has so much more curb appeal . I highly recommend Carr’s!

I needed a part, Mason looked around, located it, sent me a photo to confirm - - Then, they only charged me $10 - - When they could have charged like $35!!

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. From the beginning, the communication was inconsistent and unprofessional. The lady who answered the phone yelled at me and was extremely rude.

I had a problem with my Garage door closing on Monday Presidents Day, a holiday. I called anyway and Don answered on the 3rd ring. I told him my problem and he said he'd stop by in about 1 hour. He was there like he said and after looking at it he pointed out that the top center was bent and broken. He was able to get it open and said i need a new door. My door was 25 years old and I had needed Carrs a couple of times in the last 10 years and was completely satisfied with their work . I asked how much and how soon could I get a new one? He gave me a price and said he could install the new one in the middle of the following week. Well the next day it looked like it was going to crash down I sent a text because it was after hours and I received a reply right away. I received a call the next day and I was told they understood my concern and they could replace it Friday morning. I was relieved and just like she said they were here Friday morning at 8 .They took down the old, replaced the new and were done by noon. A perfect job, clean and complete. Everyone I delt with were friendly and professional. I can't be more happy and satisfied ,thank you.

Our garage door spring broke and they came out the same day we called and replaced it so quickly and reasonably priced, much lower than competitors pricing! Would recommend Carr’s to anyone needing garage doors installed or repaired!!

These guys were fantastic! They showed up early with a phone call, did they work efficiently and effectively. I paid only a few dollars more than the agreed-upon service call price and got tons of professionalism. They gave me advice for future maintenance and complemented what I had done thus far. I would recommend these guys anytime for garage door installer repair.
