Continued (having hand tremors and sent it to soon.). ... the door in had a significant raise in the concrete to get inside. Had to really slam it over to get inside. Also, the door was really hard to shut tight. It was partially open at the top each time I came by. Lastly, I felt discriminated against because I am not a URI student. I had to pay for twice the space I needed, being told that the 5'X5' were reserved for students. Good business would be first come, first serve, I would think? I would pass so many 5'X5's that were not claimed. I will be moving my stuff, but don't forget you've got a great girl at the desk at your Exeter branch!

Heather helped me out so much, needed storage for a brief transition period between places and she was so amazing, professional, and efficient with the process of getting me the unit and walking me through everything.

The online rental agreement process was very easy to navigate. On the same day we weee able to use the storage unit. The description was spot and made our temporary placement of belonging very easy. Later, a lively employee from the office (I’m sorry I do not remember her name) called to ask if we had any issues, or questions. She reminded me to reach out with any questions or needs. BTW, the price promotion is awesome. Thank you!

During last week I made the attempt to go in and pay before my due date and nobody is there. Then I went to another facility and they could not take my payment either and I have been paying too much attention this facility because I was late making payments in the past, but $440.00 a month is ridiculous and there is no more Bre as well? What happen here! ? I went this Saturday which was my 4th visit and it was closed. No good now I have to pay $910.00 for 2 months???? The prices keep escalating and I can't afford it. What a rip off! ?

No one is ever there like ever went there 4 times in one day Wednesday no one to be found door locked all I wanted to do was make a payment and no one but you have other options to pay for extra fees those are accessible but don't count on anyone being there

I had been a customer for over 2 years and Bre was always on the ball. Sent follow up emails and always answered the phone. Great facility and would gladly use this Cube Smart storage again!
