I would leave negative stars if possible. Had a “cord” of wood delivered yesterday, and I say “cord” because it’s definitely like half a cord. And that’s just issue number one. The wood is NOT seasoned. When I called i specifically asked if the wood was seasoned good, and was specifically told “yes. At least 2 years.” What is sitting in my yard right now is a bunch of freshly cut LOGS, barely even split, and when my husband did split it, the inside of the wood was VISIBLY WET. $320 for a cord of seasoned firewood, from a “firewood company”, we expected not to be ripped off. Complete waste of money. I would say it’s like lighting money on fire, but the wood is too green and wet to catch. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves for taking complete advantage of people. It’s not like people can look at the wood before ordering a delivery, so we basically have to trust when someone says seasoned. Times are hard, the economy sucks, and here you guys are basically committing armed robbery. Complete waste.

I wanted a half cord of SEASONED firewood for my wood stove. He insisted on selling me a full cord ($320).I agreed but insisted it be seasoned. It is NOT. Split the day before delivery.I’m 72 and can barely lift the logs they are so heavy! Stay clear.

Ordered 1 cord of seasoned firewood to get through the end of the season(normally process all my own firewood but ran out of time this year) delivery was prompt and quantity was correct but quality was very low. This fire wood was so unseasoned that when placed in a hot stove with lots of hot coals, I watched as the water dripped out of the end grain and put out the coals. When I called to make sure I got a seasoned cord(not green) he stated that this wood was cut and split last year and to give it a week, then give it a chance. I understand that the exterior of wood in January will likely be wet, frozen, icy. However, when the wood itself is wetter than a fishes face, it's not seasoned, plain and simple. He did not offer to replace the wood or return any money, do not buy fire wood from miller firewood and logging unless you want to season it your self and pay for green wood.

If you want to support a local business this is the one. Mr miller is a great person hes always been nice to me and has a smile on his face. He is a stroke survivor and still runs his logging/firewood business. A great man.

Disappointed! Got a cord of wood yesterday and an awful lot are “punky”. Won’t recommend or use again - not worth the money.
