“If O scale venues had awards, this store would win the oscar. Frank is relatable, kind, respectful, and even gets to know you a little while you are in. HUGE selection of old, hard to find lionel and weaver products in the many storage spaces he takes you into. The great prices are a plus, too. If you are in beach country, or anywhere in Rhode Island, this is your one stop shop for O scale. Worth the drive, and every penny in the world”
“I can’t give it 5 stars only because I did not find my using the app pick up to be easy at all. I had even researched and did not realize that I would need another person to vouch for me if I didn’t have my passport with me (which I would have brought if I knew, I had been dropped off by an uber). It was a freezing cold night and took around 40 min to complete the whole process. I think part of that as due to the poor reception on my phone but still I was shocked it took so long (and I picked up after 11pm so to find a person awake to vouch for me was a miracle.) I do not fault the site for this, I just state it so it’s more clearly told to customers. I would rent from them again but I’m never doing it with just the app alone. Drop off to a human was quick and easy.”
