While reading all of these positive reviews and satisfied customers, I wish I could feel the same. I had brought my 2005 Land Rover to get fixed and was told by the owner multiple different things that were wrong with my Land Rover after paying about $2000 for repairs, I was told that he put a special conditioner in with my transmission fluid and that my car would fix itself
Sadly, a year later, after as many miles and more that he said, I needed to put on the vehicle in order to get this special conditioner to mix. My car is not only the same but a little worse.

Brought an older LR4 here for a water pump. Dropped off on a Monday evening and was called the following day before noon to pick it up because it had been repaired.
Quick service. Rich is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to Range Rover/Land Rover. His showroom displays his passion for these wonderful vehicles.
It's much less expensive than the local Rover Dealer, too.
I'm always very pleased with his service and attention to detail.
Highly recommend.

Rich is a wealth of knowledge on the Range Rover! He is always professional and honest! This shop is a Range Rover owners only shop to use in RI and surrounding areas! I wish I knew of him when I bought my first one , new in 2006. He’s better then the dealer itself, knows what you need, best options and gives and honest opinion to what is always an expensive fix! We just love him and the shop is beautiful! Thank you Rover Rich! Keep up the amazing work!

Rich is the best...Honest, trustworthy and incredibly knowledgeable. He did a ton of work on an old RRC that I have and is also doing a 94' Defender 90 NAS for me. I wouldn't go to anyone else ever.

Searching for a good mechanic is like trying to find a good doctor.Rich is the most honest mechanic I have ever met. He explains things clearly and simply. An absolute expert. I don't trust anyone else with my Range Rover. If you're looking for a straight forward professional with a cheeky British sense of humor look no further.

Took my grandson there, he's 2, to show him some cool trucks. Was walking around when was told that this was the work shop not a showroom. They don't let people in there. Oops. They let us look around anyway. They have the coolest Defender 4 door pick up. Not for sale.
