The product was ordered on 08.19. Also, expedited shipping was paid to receive the goods within 5 days. The product did not arrive. 08.31 (after 12 from the order) they sent me an email - they said the waiting period is 6-8 weeks. I asked for a refund for expedited shipping. To which they rudely replied that they canceled my order (although I did not ask for this, I asked for a refund for expedited shipping) and would refund my money. it was 09.02. 10 days have passed. And what do you think, the money has not yet been returned. Conclusions: no product. money is not returned.

I returned an item to them for about 138, I got credit back right away, then my card got charged again for 130 without ordering any thing, contacted them said they have a training for a week, it took them 3 or 4 weeks to resolve it. I ordered 3 or four times from them and no more.

Horrible company, don't buy anything, they say is available and it's lie, 3-4-5 weeks and you never get the items.

They charged my credit card for something that turned out to be on back order. I never got an email telling me it's on back order. I didn't know until I looked up my order on their website. No response from customer service when trying to cancel my order and get the charge on my credit card reversed. UPDATE: Four days later and still no reply from customer service. I opened a dispute with my credit card. UPDATE #2: Today is the fifth day and I received an email from Twisted Throttle indicating that my credit card will be refunded. I will cancel my credit card dispute as soon as that happens. UPDATE#3: The refund is now pending and I cancelled my dispute. I might consider shopping with Twisted Throttle again if they change their process to not charge customers until the product is ready to ship. It's very frustrating to get charged for something that ends up being on back order with no ETA. Especially when their customer service is so backed up.

Edit for 2022 and on: their retail store is closed indefinitely but they're still going strong with the website twistedThrottle.com. Free shipping to the contiguous US for orders over $50, and customer pickup available for phone/website orders since their warehouse is still at this location.They sell Denali Electronics LED lights for trucks, motorcycles, Jeeps.. they're fantastic lights, the quality is amazing and they even have a 5 year warranty for all Denali products. Their Dialdim Controller is so cool and works on any vehicle with a 12v system. Check it out!

Used to be a decent place but it's gone down hill over the years significantly. I strongly suggest using revzilla.com instead, a company with some integrity. Buyer beware.

Wish I would of read the reviews before placing an order. I was excited to find such a cool website with parts for rare bikes. Lo and behold it’s too good to be true. They have an estimate for 5-7 business days to process the order and 15-20days for shipping. It’s now day 24 and they have notified me they haven’t even processed the order yet. I’m still waiting upon a refund. The order couldn’t even be processed in a timely order. I could only imagine what if I didn’t reach out .. they would have kept MY MONEY and never shipped the item. Still waiting for a refund.

I have ordered from Twisted Throttle many times. I have visited this store as well as the first location before this one. They do not have a big showroom as they are mainly an online retailer. But they have let me check out the product when I was there to purchase, before I actually purchased.I do not remember ever having an issue to speak of. As such I give them high marks. The products have normally been of high quality and never had an issue with fitment. They have been one of my main motorcycle suppliers for years now.

This is my number #1 go-to source for my ADV bike. The selection of gear from R&G and MRA is better than any other site I've shopped. Saw another bike recently with a headlight I loved - I asked the guy where he got it - and he's like "Have you heard of Twisted Throttle..." I had to laugh. Great shop!

After one year still the same bad service.. Dont recommend to buy on this site... They sell products that they dont have, making it 8weeks or more for beging shiping.. after problems with my buy one year ago, i see the service is still full with email and lots of delays on shipping... You (twistedthrottler) should give the website were you buy the produts to resell so we can buy direct from them... bad service !!

I ordered a computer diagnostic tool over 14 days ago and have still not received my item. I specifically asked when ordering it if it would arrive within 7-8 days because i had a cross country trip in 2 weeks after that and he assured me it would be on time. I also called to asked this because after purchasing my item online i noticed this company had a good amount of bad reviews and i started to get nervous. Well... wouldn't ya know it... Granted it's now lost in translatio
